Informative guidance given beforehand- no hard sell. Chris our installer was magnificent. He worked quietly with minimal disruption and completed ahead of schedule. The final result is excellent.

He organised collection and new one sent out next day. Because im disabled and husband too he had it set up for us. I would have to. say these were exceptional circumstances i set the first one myself
I no doubt will be needing advanced equipment in future

Very good at giving the sales pitch.Very good as well at taking large sums of money ( Most of which was paid before work was completed).When work was
allegedly completed and their man had left site, I was left with a number of issues. The company eventually sorted most of them, but I am still (at time of writing ) waiting to have the bath panel replaced and a grab rail fitting.
I must say that considering a lot of original tiling was left in situ and bidet toilet not replaced the sum of £12,400
seems a lot excessive. The bathroom itself is approx 6ft by 6ft.
List of operations :-
1. Screed floor over existing ceramic tiles
2. Supply and install bath and washbasin.
3. Pipe new bath waste alongside old shower waste for boiler condensing pipe.
4. Install wallboards around bath+ w/basin
5. Remove old elec shower and install shower mixer tap and curtain+rail.
6. Supply and lay approx 5 sq m of vinyl
floor covering.
ALL IN ALL TOO DAMNED DEAR !!
Work is a reasonable standard but not
exactly mouthwatering.

Very competent and trustworthy installer, agreed changes as required, especially as the salesman from Motability had measured the bathroom incorrectly.
The salesman also dd not mention that I would be without a bathroom or toilet for a week, so I stayed in a local hotel to enable completion more quickly.

Very pleased with the eventual outcome. A couple of small problems were quickly solved thanks to Darryl’s excellent workmanship.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Lee the fitter. His work is of the highest standard in every respect. He worked hard to remove our old bathroom and create for us a new shower room which looks great and works well, even down to the smallest detail. Excellent job Lee.
Thanks also to Billy, the Project Manager and to Lee Davis the Company Representative. Both Billy and Lee advised us well on what would be needed for our circumstances. The Office team were also very efficient and courteous at all times throughout the project. I would certainly recommend your Company to anyone else.

The fitters were very friendly. However, I should have had two grab bars in the shower, but for some reason they fit one in the new shower and 1 in the old shower, which I will no longer be using. Also I thought I had ordered two higher seat toilets but they replaced one like for like, when there was nothing wrong with it, but it seemed a good opportunity to have a higher toilet in my en-suite, so not sure what went wrong there. Still awaiting removal of the unused items for which I expect a refund for.

Oversold at the start. Sale based on installation circa 8 weeks - turned out to be 4 months due to unavailability of bespoke bath? Contract failed to detail exact item ordered leading to item supplied not matching description of that promised at the sale meeting. Calls from company largely driven by requirement to pay an instalment rather than to support or deliver the service described. Technical survey completed by a person not that with whom appointment was arranged and did not detail what was being listed for installation. Pricing was, on reflection excessive although we were assured that we had been given the maximum 20% discount (suspect this was merely the VAT element which was not payable due to disability giving eligibility to VAT free). In spite of having requested a detailed list of items included in the installation so that we have some reliable point of reference should any item fail or require service, this has not been forthcoming. The sub contractor was very good, working extremely hard but as he travelled daily from London (70 miles away) he was keen to curtail working days to travel. The installation was completed by the end of day 2 but for the electrical installation and the final application of the bath panel - this meant he had to return on a third day to oversee a short visit by the electrical contractor (don't know from where they travelled). No one from the company has made any effort to visit to explain the installation to us - it seems that they expect their sub-contractor to do this for them, but this is not reflective of the promises made in the sales material. The lack of any extended warranty or option to protect against major breakdowns is a weakness especially as the company has unpublished charges from the repairs which might be needed and, having not described what the items are, have us over a barrel should we need any repairs - the material says that outside the 12 months warranty they will charge for labour and will give a quote before doing the work, yet without a mobility bath we will be compromised and it might be hard to get anyone else to do the repair as we don't know what has been provided, in the detail needed. The installer was very good and helpful, the electrician was OK - our issue is with the sales/technical and management of the company who have not fulfilled the promises made at the point of sale and in the sales material (printed and electronic).
