Lith tech chair and airline travel
We purchased an XL Power chair last year, which has been great, Lith tech are such a lovely company to deal with and always offer a speedy response to any queries, this year we took the chair on a plane, which was a smooth process, although it has to go thru oversize luggage, batteries were no issue thru security but top tip would be to put the batteries thru security out of your bag so they can see them.

Ease of ordering. Speed of delivery. Quality of product. I phoned up on Thursday at 4 pm, and the Wheelchair was delivered on Monday as DHL decided not to bring the wheelchair with the ramps on Saturday. The chair was ready to use when it arrived fully charged. I took it shopping, and it rolled in and out of the car quite easily. I found the wheelchair very comfortable and easy to manoeuvre around the shops. I have tried it on some hills and cambers and it was much better than my old wheelchair.

Wheelchair carry bag
Quick delivery and responded to question regarding the size of the bag to put my wheelchair in. Have yet to use it on airplane but it looks good when we tried it in as so many other bags would not fit a recliner wheelchair

In all of my dealings with the staff at Lith-tech Mobility, I have found them to be very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I ordered a part for my Lith-tech SC power electric wheelchair on this occasion, which was not needed after staff provided a fix via video, my purchase was refunded immediately without issue. I am very greatful for the support I've received since purchasing my powerchair.

Great demonstration not rushed allowed…
Great demonstration not rushed allowed me to really try out chair ,unlike in a shop where you can only drive around the store.
Plus the excellent range available not just a couple in the store which they try to steer you towards buying.

They checked before supplying the ramps I had ordered and paid for would be suitable. They weren’t and immediately refunded me.

Easy ordering online and quickly delivered the right product.
Wish the under-wheelchair canvas bags had a more sturdy or solid base though, so they wouldn’t so quickly wear out by sometimes rubbing on uneven ground. Still, they are useful.

Highly recommended
The treatment I received from Toby and the other employees' was exceptional.
They were friendly and very helpful.
Many disabled facilities are patronising and talk over my head to my husband.
Although my husband was included in the experience in learning how the wheelchair folded, I was taken for an extensive test drive.
Toby showed me the wheelchairs capabilities, ensuring that I saw exactly how to handle each part.
My husband paid alot to buy the wheelchair but it is exceptional and so was the service.
I would recommend Lith-tech to anyone who wants exceptional quality and amazing services

Flawless service.
Bought an electric wheelchair last year. Unfortunately the wheel got damaged. I searched on Lith Tech website, seen what they had. Had a few questions so emailed them got a prompt reply. I ordered online and the next day I received the wheels. Well done Lith Tech. Dust class service.
