I have used Liquid Expat for three separate mortgages (buy-to-let and residential) in the past six years, and each time, they have been fantastic. They provide excellent service and are very responsive. I'd highly recommend them.

Both David Mowatt & Anastacia helped me complete the mortgage application. I live in Spain but that wasn't an issue.
It was all completed within 3 months.
There customer service is outstanding, all went very smoothly. Thank-you both for making this stress free.

I worked with Liquid Expat on my expat mortgage from Australia. I really found them to be very communicative and patient, the whole process could go as quickly as I wanted but equally they weren't phased or pushy when I wanted to hold before proceeding.
They provided great options for me, answered lots of questions, and once we proceeded they were able to look out and take advantages of lower rates even though the loan had been approved. I had particularly good service from Claire and I know John, Nicole and Liam were in the background helping things along also - probably others too.
All in all well worth engaging Liquid Expat, and looking forward to working with them on the next one.

Living in Canada and having a house in the UK on an interest only mortgage has been a horrible experience from bad advice 20 years ago. I reached out to some of the major high street banks with them all saying no it was not possible to get a mortgage if I was not living in the UK. I came across Liquid Expat Mortgages on line and reached out. To my surprise they worked really hard and had me an offer in less than 3 weeks! cannot thank these guys enough!!!

I can only describe the experience with Liquid Expat mortgages as professional and efficient. I had tried other brokers that could not find me a suitable mortgage, but the experienced team at Liquid determined the exact mortgage that was eligible for my tricky circumstance.

We were let down by HSBC bank who I had banked with for over 20 years. We contacted Joe two days before Christmas and he secured an agreement in principle with NatWest.
