Our Mortgage broker Jessica was simply first class. Following a thorough consultation, a mortgage application was submitted, processed and approved at lighting speed. She absolutely understood our circumstances and remained on call to answer any questions we had. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and Jessica in particular.

After a previous mortgage broker charged us and failed to secure a deal, i contacted John Charcoal with very little hope but boy was i wrong!!
They didn’t just find a deal, they found a much better deal than what was previously proposed by a different company and they have been one call away for any questions we had!
I know there is plenty of firms that don’t charge clients for sorting out a mortgage but from my experience they don’t compare to John Charcoal!
They don’t just sort your mortgage deal they chase solicitors from both sides bombarding them with emails and pushing them to work faster!

I was in a really tough position with a Status 6 marker on my credit file. Even though I had paid my mortgage on time for 24 months, I just couldn’t shake the historic arrears that had built up following a family bereavement. I approached so many companies that claim to specialise in adverse credit, and every single one of them turned me down the minute they saw my case would be a bit tricky.
