The service was professional and personable with my advisor being available any time I needed. I got out of my help to buy scheme which I didn’t know was an option until my advisor explained how it worked. They were very Knowledgable and were able to talk me through each step of the process. Highly recommend

I have been with SPF for about 20…
I have been with SPF for about 20 years. Unfailingly, everyone there has been so efficient, so quick to act and always to keep you informed. The people are consistently nice and understanding of your requirements. Often seem to me to have achieved the impossible, once for a tricky mortgage for me and recently for a mortgage for my granddaughter and her partner, both students. Excellent service by phone and email. Thank you. I have referred SPF to several people.
