My experience with Censeo has been very smooth from the start until the finish. I have been working mostly with Jack who has been great, making sure that everything was explained into the detail and was able to answer every question I had as I am first time buyer so I had many of them. Thank you for your support with purchasing my first place.

I was referred to Censeo financial as I was trying to purchase a shared ownership home. They were outstanding from start to finish. I accidentally keyed incorrect figures into my initial assesment they were quick to notice it didn’t look right and called me to go over it all over the phone. David Pendry conducted my financial interview he was very professional, supportive and guided me through with ease. I’d highly recommend.

Both really knowledgeable but also very positive and helpful in what hasn't been the smoothest of journeys at times. Really quick to respond to emails ect aswell which has been a massive help.

We ended up having a few lows during all the highs within this process but they made things so easy for us. They always took time to explain everything clearly and they were so personable as well which always made us feel better and at ease.

Their communication was excellent and we were always kept up to date with everything, even if there wasn’t an update yet. They had really good patience as well, especially with our emails near enough everyday but they never made it feel like a burden. They made everything run as smoothly as they possibly could and always gave us such positive reassurance which led to us getting our mortgage offer.
