Nick was extremely helpful and responsive with our bridging finance, explaining everything clearly and proactively keeping in touch throughout. We had some issues with the lender's solicitor but I have only good things to say about Nick and the team.

Joshua Moore supported us through a myriad of complications arising because of the type of home and location (a croft house on a beach on an island in the Hebrides) and the complex sales process that had involved probate as well as the sale of our former property.
