Part came on time and was a perfect fit…

Part came on time and was a perfect fit but I was a little surprised to learn that the replacement mirror I ordered did not actually come with a mirror. It was the entire assembly except for the mirror. I was able to salvage the mirror from my broken assembly, and it worked out ok.

I received and installed the…

I received and installed the replacement part, but unfortunately it does not appear to be working correctly. I followed the installation steps as best as possible, but the part is still not functioning and getting the same error code as before with the initial part.

I also could not find an easy way to contact customer service for troubleshooting assistance. Before assuming the part is defective, I would appreciate guidance to confirm that it was installed correctly or assistance with testing the part.

At this point, I would like either technical support, a replacement part, or instructions on the next steps.

No Customer Service

Terrible experience, I felt like they didn't want to be bothered or sell anything. I had a question about a part and clips to connect it with. The AI chat sent me in circles and told me to send an email. I did so and it's been almost 48 hours with no response. I tried calling but the phone tree said not to call them about parts verification, they would not answer these questions on the phone and directed me back to the chat feature. I went back to the chat feature and it again just took me in circles to an email. I finally gave up and ordered one from a nearby dealership. The extra $20 was a small price to pay for talking to someone on the phone.

Terrible company

Terrible company, sent me wrong part, how ignorant you have to be to sent a wrong part! Their support is a waste of time, probably some offshore company in India. I live in Europe, so paid a lot for shipping of a wrong part, now i have to pay for the shipping back and then again for shipping to me. US companies are getting worse every day, sloppy.

They sent me shipping label to return the wrong part and the label is fake, cant be used said by the FedEx guy as he tried to scan the barcode

Never again, horrible company.

A coplete runaround and wasted time.
Hours on the 'chat' line. endless auto e-mails.
Rude service when you can even get it. More than a week just to find the order status, contnuously told 'shipped' and USPS says 'awaiting shipment'. over and over for a week.
The worst on-line company we've ever dealt with.

company sends wrong parts denies replacement

Lexus partsnow.com send me the wrong part. I confirmed that it was the wrong part with photographs of the part they shipped me with what I ordered on my receipt. After waiting a week for their claims department to reject my request for an exchange for the part that I ordered they told me the request was denied because the part I ordered was electronic. They ignored the fact that the right side mirror for my car was not the part that I ordered. I was then told to wait another 2 days for them to review my RMA. Their customer support is completely unhelpful and they're clearly not looking at what they're sending out. They're also blindly denying RMA requests in hopes that customers will become frustrated and give up so they can keep your money after sending people parts that they didn't order. This is a $600 mirror for my car. When I explained that they sent me the wrong part number without even looking at what the part number was they claimed that the part number that I ordered was superseded by the part that they sent me and that Toyota no longer makes that part. However this is untrue as the part number still exists on lexus's web page and is still available through the dealership as well. Essentially a white marble colored right side mirror when I ordered a silver one to match the paint color of the car. Lexus still makes that paint color and still makes the mirror with that color. The part number that I ordered from their website was right down to the color code and instead of sending that to me or telling me they didn't have it they just shipped me a different color that nobody wanted so that they could make their sale. And now they're trying to deny the replacement. All I want is the part I ordered my money back and I want it taken care of immediately.

When a part has a manufacturer supersession, our site discloses the information in the description with “REPLACED BY” followed by the updated part number. Please rest assured the fitment will be exact.
