I ordered auto parts (Order CC23562489), but they didn't fit my vehicle. The factory boxes are completely UNOPENED and brand new (Package Opened: No). I contacted customer service immediately to request a return shipping address. They strictly denied my request, claiming it was a "special order," and refused to give me an address to ship the parts back! They are withholding $534.60 of my money for absolutely no valid reason. I have already filed an official dispute with PayPal and will escalate it to a credit card chargeback with Capital One Bank for consumer fraud. Stay away from this company, they will take your money and lock you out!

Absolutely horrible service they sneak other parts in orders and will not refund them take a month to get back to you hands down worst company in the world

There is no "ZERO" rating so they get a 1. First off they sent the wrong parts. Call their customer (no service) and see how long it takes to talk to someone. 20% restocking fee for their error. I had to pay shipping AND a 20% restocking fee for a brake rotor that they sent in error. Order here at your own risk.

The availability of parts for my older vehicle is impressive. My only complaint was the shipping and handling for my original order of additional components. I found the other parts from a different supplier with much lower shipping/handling cost.

Great value and Fast delivery, but packaging was not well. Part was a little banged up. But thankfully still did the job.

I purchased a part online, and paid the advertised price on the website....which was about a $1500 part.  I received a confirmation email that stated the part would ship in 1-3 business days. A full week later, after I inquire on the order and to obtain shipping details, they email me back without a status update and tell me that it now costs an additional amount of money to complete the order. Talk about a bait & switch tactic. Never will I be doing business with this company.

They sent me a wrong part and refused to take it back. reply to emails extremely slow, ou wait sometimes 3-5 days to get the response. Don't trust their low prices. Go with more reputable seller.

Ordered an electrical pigtail and never received it. Could not get ahold of anyone for a refund.
Garbage company, will never do business with you again. I advise all friends and customers to never do business with you either.

My driver side A Pilar handle” oh sh!?” Broke on me, looked up the part on the web site ordered the part. Then it showed up and was installed in under ten minutes. Perfect fit and color, everything was smooth from start to finish.

They had the part I needed for my Jeep and I received it quickly.

They have parts and are way cheaper than other sites but holy crap is their shipping estimates wrong. You get a shipping estimate of 3-4 days and then it takes 2 weeks to get to you. It might be worth just paying the extra to get your supplies
