I just wanted to thank you guys for making the process painless and and effortless getting the parts I needed to fix my car. I have a 2019 Kia Soul and it just stopped running one day and I was devastated because I'm a doordasher and I need my car to make my money. I couldn't afford the parts my mechanic only wanted to used genuine Kia parts. I didn't know what I was going to do but looking on your website it helped me to find the part I needed and confirmed for me that it was the right part that I was ordering cuz I had no idea what I was doing it just made everything so smooth. the parts came fast, were the right parts and fit exactly how expected them to fit. I'm just so thankful that the heat pressure sensor and the fuel injector was presented at such an affordable price!

Easy to get a quote and order some of the pieces I needed. Some items were too expensive and I ended up ordering from a company that sells authentic Kia parts way cheaper online. And it would be great if the Parts area was open for longer hours like the rest of the company - I did have to go more than once because they were closed the first time, although the dealer and the service area were open and Google didn't specify they had different hours so it showed as open. That said the person at the service desk was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Not customer friendly at all
I ordered a two parts just identical for a door opening warning and I realized it was the wrong parts. I never opened them. This company would not return them because they were under eight dollars and there’s no place that I saw in the return policy that said anything about not being able to return them. It should be warnings. About that what can’t be returned mean that’s just not normal. This company is a scam. The fact that they had to wait several days to send me the second email. They could’ve told me that right on the phone. I had suspicions at the way I had to go about contacting them too. I couldn’t send a direct email I had to go through the site so there was no record of the email. I usually copy and paste what I write when this happens. I’m very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

Ordered a part (Order #VK25210067) that arrived damaged and unusable. Called on April 21 within their own return window to report it. Received a written denial on April 22 falsely claiming I was outside the window. Called back and spoke with a manager named Nancy who refused any resolution, refused to provide a mailing address, and told me I could "do whatever I want" and that I "won't get a replacement or refund." Currently pursuing BBB complaint, FTC filing, and Amex chargeback. $317.38 for a damaged part with zero customer service accountability. Avoid this company.
