Actually have the part in stock...not…

Actually have the part in stock...not rocket science. And yes...this review is for this site in which I tried to order front and back floormatts, and rear trunk/hatch privacy cover and one other item I can't recall at this time. I was told one or more of the three items are no longer available aka retired aka end-dated aka discontinued..but the site that same day even after I received the email from you all said they were discontinued..and you asked me " would you like a refund " or something else. I don't recall the something else at this time.

Don't have the part yet.

Don't have the part yet.
I had to follow up to get a status. Was told I would get a status prior to the end of that day. Never happened.
Was told part number changed so the order didn't go through.
Asked for the new order number and tracking. Received a UPS tracking number, however UPS still does not have the package.
Terrible customer service. Looks like all the other reviews are correct.
How does a place like this stay in business? I'll update after I finally get my part.

Super slow to get parts

Super slow to get parts, company is not AT ALL helpful when there are issues with shipping/ delays. 0 accountability, do not order from unless you have tons of time to sit around and wait for parts that may or may not eventually show up. The only upside is that parts are competitive. Part was supposed to get delivered yesterday, it did not; it did not get delivered today either. I'm about to lose another weekend waiting for the part I ordered.

Very difficult to get an RMA

I needed a rear windshield wiper blade for my Veloster N. After receiving the order, I realized I accidentally ordered the wrong part and quickly requested a return (RMA) using their website's contact form. It's important to note that I did not open the packaging of the item I ordered.

I received instructions a few days later, which I followed to the letter. I did not receive a response. I waited 5 days before reaching out again on the status of my RMA request. A day later I received a response stating I will receive an RMA form to fill out "shortly" but my return will incur a 20% restocking fee. Their website's restocking fee policy states, "Depending on the circumstances, our RMA agents will determine special exceptions on a case-by-case basis". It's odd that my RMA would have a restocking fee tied to it since it's unopened and I reached out to them immediately. Not only that, with all the back and forth with them on simply trying to get an RMA, a goodwill exception seems more than reasonable. Bottom line, if you have to return anything to this company, I would expect a restocking fee...

Unfortunately, the web form that was supposed to be sent to me "shortly" never arrived. I reached out to them again but received no response. It's been 12 days since I started the RMA process and there's still no clear solution or response from them. As a small business owner, I would never treat a customer like this. Their return process is vague, overly complicated, and you will no doubt have to pay for a restocking fee no matter what. That's if you're lucky to even get an RMA processed. Avoid this company.

Waste of time

Part was avail on website. ordered. Order comfirmed and now day later told voided order.

Card was not charged and this was email I received

Order the part and paid for over night…

Order the part and paid for over night shipping and did receive it until two or three days later. By the time the part arrived I had the engine back in the car.
