I submitted a couple of Multi Unit Freehold Block cases to Lendinvest and appreciated the assistance provided by our Business Development Manager, Waqar Khan during this process. He was always on hand to assist, had an excellent understanding of the case and was able to navigate around hurdles faced during the process such as getting an exception to over-ride a debenture, ensuring the offer was extended and he liaised with the post offer team so we were able to use title insurance rather than having new searches. Ultimately we reached a positive conclusion on both cases and this was in no small way down to the help offered by Waqar.

The whole process of reviewing the various products for a new fixed rate mortgage has been the most straightforward that I have done to date. The team @ LendInvest are responsive, professional and super helpful.

We acted on behalf of the borrower in relation to the refinance of four flats in Epping Forest with LendInvest BTL Ltd, and I wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the exceptional service we received throughout the transaction.

The offers were issued in early March, and as is often the case with multi-unit refinances, there were several complexities to navigate. These included the requirement to secure a charge over the freehold (necessitating a deed of priority with the current charge holder), as well as intercompany loans which required subordination. Despite these additional layers, LendInvest handled all aspects with impressive efficiency.

In particular, Ashley Carr, the case manager, was outstanding. She was extremely responsive, consistently turning around queries within a matter of hours. She ensured that matters requiring referral to underwriters were dealt with promptly and that key documents were executed swiftly in advance of completion, allowing funds to be drawn down within the required timeframe.

Having worked with LendInvest over several years, I have always found them to be strong, reliable and work well with both solicitors and borrowers. On this occasion, however, the level of service was particularly exceptional, and I felt it warranted taking the time to formally acknowledge this.
