Terrible Company!
Trying to pay them off in full and change the land registry accordingly, I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Pepper Money. The process has been unnecessarily slow, and despite multiple requests, they have failed to provide key information to my solicitor in a timely manner.
This lack of communication has caused significant delays and is holding up what should be a straightforward process. From a customer perspective, it feels disjointed and inefficient, with little accountability for progressing matters. They are clearly doing this try and get as much interest as possible and cost us as much as possible in solicitors fees before we leave due to their inflexibility.
More concerningly, I was sent an email that included another customer’s settlement details. This represents a serious lapse in professionalism and raises concerns around data handling and internal controls.
I would expect a far more proactive, accurate, and secure approach, particularly when dealing with sensitive financial information and third parties such as solicitors.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, had an awful experience when they dealt with me. Put pressure on me like money sharks when I was struggling and going through a really hard time in my life. The company does not show any empathy and does not look into complaint properly. I would definitely choose a different company when borrowing money. I would put 0 stars if this was an option. Please read this review and consider strongly before using this company.

I spoke to BDM before doing an AIP
I spoke to BDM before doing an AIP, got it agreed on a product only to be told that your system did not pick up the DMP so now rate is going to be a lot higher!! also would be good if underwriter called before sending an email without explanation
