Great variety of lederhosen and other German apparel.

I'd like to say that customer service was bad, but there was ZERO customer service. Multiple emails not returned, and repeated phone calls went unanswered and straight to an individual's voice mail.

Shoes and socks fit, the XXXL shirt fits like a medium, and the lederhosen run small. Good luck trying to return anything, as it appears that everything originates in Pakistan. All of this seems to be a pattern from the reviews I subsequently read.

Buyer beware....go to a more reputable place to buy. This site is a brutal

It would be beneficial to provide information on shipping in the initial email.

So 4 stars I am being pretty generous. purely based on the product. the trouble is with everything else with the business. like other people have said it took 2 weeks to receive item. the website is useless to try and contact. I emailed for tracking but nothing. I tried calling goes straight to a voicemail. eventually after a week I received a tracking number that came from DHL also I never received the "Free" shirt. maybe I should give 3 stars. But the lederhosen are quality real leather and soft. overall not a scam but poor communication or really zero communication. they run small order a size up. I am a 34" waist and ordered a 52 EU and that fits great

Not very responsive to my correspondence. Communication was lacking with regards to my return of the garment not fitting. It would seem that this would be something that on online retailer would be responsive to. They have not replied yet to my question on how to return. So I may now be stuck with items that do not fit.

Tried them on and they are clearly great quality. Heavy leather that feels like it'll last a long time. Glad I made the purchase from this company.

I have not received what I ordered and am still waiting for any confirmation, status update, tracking number, shipping report, etc... from this store. All that has happened is that my credit card was charged. I have reached out to support via email, their chat, etc with not response. This is likely a scam....be wary and use another vendor.

Ordered two pair of socks for bundhosen (knee length pants). Saw that the wrong state was in the address section so called/emailed the next day to correct. The socks made it to the house correctly in one week. They also are the correct length that go all the way to the knee unlike others from other places. Good product and good service at a good price

Placed an order and never received any shipping information, no product has been delivered and no email has been answered. it's been over two weeks.

Guys, just like the website says, go up 1 size. I am having to return because I need 2 sizes up. Quality seems very nice! Glad I purchased, a little challenging to get the size right.

If there was an option for zero stars I would pick it. I can't review the product because I have not received it it has been over a week since I placed order and nothing no tracking number no responses to my email wont answer phone I will never order from them again

It took two weeks to receive my order. I had requested the status of my order by phone and email. There was no response. Luckily the order came the day before my event, no thanks to the support side of the website. I would like a little more heads up on my order.

Easy to order and order came quickly! Great quality and true to size. Didn’t receive confirmation so initially worried about whether order went through and shipping came from oversees when website said NY so that threw us off too. But all worked out great.

Great products, great shipping, and service. I would imagine returning items would be difficult, but ours was a good fit based on their sizing charts. Be aware that the products seem to be made in and shipped from Pakistan. That said, with the value we got, I don't care if it's made in Germany, and the quality is probably as good or better, esp. for our purposes. We received the items 11 days from order, so don't necessarily expect you will receive them in 3-5 days and you'll be fine. I highly recommend them based on the quality of wears received.
