Ordered 12 days ago and have still not received any sort of shipping information. I have not received an email back when I reached out and the phone number for the company just gives one persons name. Skeptical.

Ordering was easy and they have a nice selection to choose from.

Since placing an order in the amount of $218 on July 19, I still have not received a confirmation. It is now July 27. I made a dispute with PayPal that said I need to work it out with seller. I’ve emailed twice and tried to call the number which was not in service.
I’m not happy right now. I do not trust the validity of this company.

I have been trying to reach your company to follow up on an order and I've heard absolutely nothing in response. Very disappointing in your response rate.

Sadly it has been almost a month and my order has not arrived. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Really bad experience, I ordered Herren Bavarian German Lederhosen Brown, they took more than 15 working days to ship the shipment out, I had to send multiples emails to get response.
At the end I had to cancel as they couldn't deliver the shipment on time.
They informed that they will refund my money, after several emails, I didn't receive respone or my money back.

I was skeptical after placing my order. No confirmation, no tracking number, so I reached out and finally got a response almost 2 weeks later. At that point I received a DHL tracking number. When the items arrived, I was surprised at the great quality. Wore mine 2 straight days at Oktoberfest and they were sturdy and comfortable. I highly suggest going 1-2 sizes larger than you actually are. 5 stars for the quality but 4 stars total because of the lack of communication and it took 3 weeks to arrive, not the 6-10 days it claimed on the website.

I placed my order 8/30 my order arrived 2 days before i was to leave for Germany, the lederhosen were too small. The website said there was a 14 day window to return. I reached out as instructed on the website for the return, no response x3, I boxed up my return and sent to the address on their website in Brooklyn, when i arrived home from Germany on 9/24 the box was return as undeliverable. I called the number, the mailbox was full, so I sent a text message. Still nothing. I have a pair of lederhosen that I paid $145 for and they do not fit, i simply want to return for a refund. the website says customer service 24/7 365..HA!

I was a bit worried after placing the order. Order my Lederhosen late Tuesday night. I got a half-assed Paypal confirmation when I paid with a credit card. No tracking or updates but my lederhosen was waiting for me when I got home from work on Monday. Looks awesome and fits great. The shirt ran a little smaller but it fits. I am thinking about ordering another for my kid.

Quick shipment. Very satisfied. The XL mens beige shirt is a bit smaller than other XL sizes, but good quality.

Love everything. The only reason for 4 stars and not five, is that the socks I ordered were supposed to be white, and received Grey instead. The quality of the products are superb, would definitely buy again.

I placed my order on 8/28. I have not received my order yet. I sent an email requesting status of the order on 9/14...No Reply. My event is in 8 days and feel that I probably won't have my order by then. No sure what happened, the reviews from a year ago were great. This year it seems that my experience is the norm.

The shoes and socks are great, however there were black smudges on one of the shoes.
Your contact info could use some improvements and the phone number on the website does not work.
I was not sure if my order was accepted as the only email I got was the auto generated one. I only got confirmation when I received an email a week later that my order was shipped. A way to track the order might be better. I am not complaining but list these things for your improvement.

Great price and quick delivery with no complications

Bought a set of Lederhausen, everything fit and looked better than the picture. Ready to go for the Oktoberfest!!
