Overall pleased with my experience. I ordered a couple of mens piece and a woman's piece. No issues with the product and the customer support team was extremely helpful in helping me with questions that I had an additional support that I needed. Would order again!

Bought a dirndl that arrived damaged. Ribbon color bled onto the skirt. Not only did they replace the dirndle I bought, they gave me a coupon $60 off a future order, which I was able to use to get another dirndl.
My only complaint was that the customer service department must have been in Europe as the communication was delayed and it took almost a 3 weeks to get the issue resolved with all the back and forth emails. They need to have some reps in the United States for quicker responses.

The item was great. However, the sizing was off. Due to the size chart we ordered a small. It was too small. When I attempted to return it said they are not accepting returns. But kindly gave me a 10 dollar coupon on my 120 dollar dress I cannot return. I will find another company and check the return policy first

The dirndle blouses are so well made and very soft. Great fabric and they fit perfectly.

I ordered a pair of Women's Lederhosen. They arrived quickly, however, the sizing for "US" is waaaayyy off. I am normally a size 7-8 and for this company I think I'm closer to a size 2. This does somewhat match the normal women's pant sizing in the measurements, so my suggestion if your ordering from North America do not use the generalized 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 sizing.
I emailed with the company and although they really pushed for a no return they did continue to reply until I was happy with the rectification process which was nice and offered an additional 5% discount for this rating. Overall, I am happy thus far with the interaction and the lederhosen are real leather and are quite beautiful. I would make sure to order well in advance just in case of sizing issues yourself, but the product is great quality.

They arrived quickly to Canada and were as described. Colour was slightly different than pictured.
