I ordered items a month ago. No updates. And customer services say they ar exiting but the tracking shows it hasn't been fulfilled. What a scam

Terrible.

After a long wait sent customer service an email asking about the status of a shipment. Two days later got an email saying it shipped. No tracking number was included.

Six days later I am still waiting. Will be submitting a claim to PayPal to get my money back.

great service - easy to navigate website. However, as good as the website and ordering process was. I have yet to receive my item and after multiple emails enquiring as to where it is, i have had no feedback at all. Highly disappointed. Been over a month since I placed my order. So much for 2 to 3 days worldwide shipping.

Never received my order. Hasn't returned any of my emails or attempts to contact

Sent 3 emails before I got an update on my order.once received nothing with the shipping info. Then received a 2nd email order received and shipped with 2 different shipping dates. Not received with my order. The suspenders to short looking for help with a issue with no response. No response from there online help or emails.

SO FAR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM. THUS IT IS DIFFICULT TO GIVE A SATISFIED RATING.

My order was placed more then two months ago, but I don`t recieved my goods. Impossible to connect with seller, no answers for my e-mails, messages and phone calls.

Top quality material, fits snug but I know it will stretch as I wear it. Couldn't be happier arrived in 6 business days too!

I have requested tracking information on my order. I will as told multiple times that the package was out for delivery but they still haven’t provided tracking information or even what carrier. I haven’t received anything from them.

Finally received tracking. DHL delivered. Nice and good quality lederhosen.

I ordered on 9/2/2023 and still have not received my order. I've called and emailed with no response.

Ordered my lederhosen on 9/6 and they didn’t ship until 9/12. I leave for Germany on 9/22 and they still haven’t arrived. Also they won’t return my inquiries about this order and a return.

Order not delivered during advertised window at time of purchase and no responses from any of the provided methods of contact on the website. Next step is likely reporting and stop-payment from credit card company. Very annoying and terrible way to run a business.

The Lederhosen is good quality. Be sure to measure the waist and order next size up. I wasn't able to exchange my 54s for a 56, but I adapted to make it fit. Ships directly from Pakistan, so allow 3 - 4 weeks. Easy to confuse Lederhosenwears.com with Lederhosenstore.com website. I was led on then stonewalled trying to get an exchange. Perhaps I should not have ordered direct from the website, but rather, ordered through Amazon in order to get better service. What others write is true...no order number or confirmation and PayPal reciept was not accepted as proof of purchase. Good product, but poor customer service.

The purchased items arrived, but do not fit correctly. I have been trying for 3 weeks via email and phone...no response!

Website written description did not match the photos of the clothing, but the product shown in the photos was correct, possibly just a typo. Payment is a little odd because PayPal sends funds to what appears to be a personal name, not a store by the name of Lederhosen Wears. Shipment comes from Dubai, not from Brooklyn, New York as shown as the location on the website. Regardless, I'm 100% satisfied with my order, and it was the second time I've ordered from lederhosenwears.com. Thank you!

Sizes weren't even close. Can't get a response about a return.
