Thorough analysis. Operating some valves resulted in more leaks than prior to visit. Tech could replace a toilet valve but not compression supply valves? Also didn’t turn all valves on at the end of visit leaving an unfortunate toilet situation.

Easy to contact and arrange an appointment. Good communication via message and email. Offered a sooner appointment when one became available. Engineer who came was very efficient and explained everything

Great service. The technician was really nice and he throughly explained the process. The issue was identified and fixed quickly. No complaints.

I appreciate that Leakbot made it very easy to have my issue resolved by reaching out to me vs me having to reach out. The original appointment date was a couple of weeks out but I was notified when there was an opening to take care of it sooner, which worked out better for me. The repair was pretty quick and the technician was friendly and explained things to me clearly.

The engineer was good and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and I left him to it.
He actually didn’t find any fault but he replaced something on the ball valve in the loft ( just in case).

Absolutely amazing! After getting a leak alert within a week of installing the leakbot, followed by a call to arrange an engineer visit 'for free' my scam hackles were up. The engineer arrived & pressure tested. a leak of 2.5ml per second was detected. after isolation, it was tracked down to a leaking ball valve in the header tank. I assumed at this point it would be 'thankyou very much' & I'd be off to screwfix etc to get a replacement which I could easily fit. But no! Off to the van he went, he pulled out a brand new one from his spares & fitted for free!

LeakBot's Tom is a lovely polite man and just gets on with the job. Messages before hand letting us know arrival time and is always on time. Puts on his shoe covers without being asked. We're always happy to see him :-) And LeakBot are great to deal with by telephone and the device they provide for monitoring leaks to date has never failed. First class
