I've been with Plumb for my annual boiler maintenance visits for several years now plus any specialist jobs that crop up as a result of these and have always been satisfied with the service provided. The engineers involved have always been professional and polite and I have never had any cause for complaint.
I am also impressed with the service from office staff when I ring to ask advice and book visits etc. They're always helpful and constructive in their approach and I feel that I can ask anything that's on my mind. I suppose that I'm saying that I find them approachable and helpful aren't I ?

A leak in a radiator was found. Plumber came and fixed it efficiently and reliably.

​After fitting a new inlet valve, the faulty washer wasn't replaced, which unfortunately led to a flood and meant the lino had to be lifted. The firm did return promptly to fix the leak and re-stick the floor once dry, which I appreciated. However, the job was left slightly unfinished as no sealant was applied around the edges of the lino. I’ve had to complete this myself today to ensure the floor is protected from any future water damage. While the repair was functional, the finishing detail was lacking.

Absolutely brilliant service from Plumb London. They arranged a next day service of my boiler and were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. Andrew, the technician, was brilliant and incredibly thorough - feel very comfortable that my boiler is functioning correctly for another year. Highly Recommend

It was easy to book my annual boiler service with a quick call and a range of dates available. When it had to be rearranged they rang me promptly to let me know and rearranged for another convenient time. The service ran smoothly with clear explanations of what had been checked and confirmation there were no concerns.

We have used plumb london consistently for years, including a full replacement boiler and hot water tank about three years ago. This particular call-out was for a leaking radiator. A small but annoying job. As usual the team kept us informed of when the engineer (Adam) would be turning up. He turned up late in the afternoon but solve the problem in his usual professional way. The team at plumb london are always polite and professional in the way they communicate. Their engineers are always experienced professionals that get the job done.

Great reliable company

I have used Plumb London over the last few years to have an annual service on my Bosch Gas boiler. They send me a reminder each year to book a service appt, which I very much appreciate and follow up with a phone call once the work is completed to see how satisfied I am. Alexandra particularly helpful! I have no hesitation in recommending this company!!
