Tristan was able to find the problem, fix it and made the water switch for the house easier to access. Really happy with the service.

Carl was on time, communicated so well, and helped us determine next steps to fix the problem. The part he needed was unique and not available but he helped us with good directions on how we could obtain the part from Grohe.

Repair person said you would contact us and make arrangements for repair. Leak is still leaking. Leaky pipe is either behind wall board or above ceiling sheetrock. Leak is continuing to damage house and badly needs repair. Your rep said you would be in contact with solution. Please call. 425-417-6330.

Technician was easy to book, arrived on time. He was knowledeable and explained what he was doing. He checked the water system thoroughly and replaced the ball-c*ck in the loft. ...and it was all free, through our NFU house insurance.

We had David come round again to complete the repair of our toilet. He contacted us before he came to see if he could come earlier which was very useful. When he came he completed the job efficiently. As on previous visits he was personable, polite and a credit to the organisation.

Kundeservice er elendig og jeg syntes ikke jeg blev mødt med mit problem.
Tværtimod er det et "support team" der ligeså godt kunne gave auto udfyldt besvarelserne. Support fik jeg fra teknikeren og tak for dette.
