The service man was great
The service man was great. There was no leak but still shows there is a leak on the app. Not real crazy about it at this point.
Update: still says I have a leak and the leakbot isn't even attached. Go figure.

Hi Judith. Thank you for your feedback. Would you mind providing your contact details so we can investigate further. If you take the LeakBot off the pipe it will not be able to run any further tests and this is why it will stay in the last status before it was removed from the pipe which in your case is 'leak active'. Please reinstall it on your mains water pipe and once we can identify your account we can investigate further. Kind regards.

Excellent service
The whole process has been very straightforward and the engineer found two leaks that we just didn’t know we had He was able to fix both of those leaks before they get worse and cause major problems potentially.
