Engineer kept me informed when he was arriving; very knowledgable and thorough. Found the probable issue and advised me accordingly.

It took three weeks for someone to call me back and set up the appointment. Two weeks after a second phone call.

Carl, our tech, was awesome. On time. Friendly. Professional. Courteous. While the actual source of our small drip was not identified, Carl has narrowed it down to the most likely site which is difficult access. We are monitoring the site through Leakbot, and Carl will return to fix the issue.

Truly an impressive experience! Robert was our tech. He was very easy to get along with and certainly knew exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues(nothing major fortunately) that we could have never found on our own.

The service tech knows his business, always very prompt and curtious. Found the problem very quickly, informed me of the corrections, would not hesitate to call them again

Mark was very nice, wanted to explain everything, did his job efficiently and solved the problem

The Engineer Gary explained the whole process. Was extremely knowledgable around our sytem, appliances and fittings. Found a small leak. Identified potential issues to take into consideration for the future, replaced a non compliant tap and helped identify an issue with a cistern fault. Clean, tidy, respectful of our house.
Leakbot are employed by insurance companies to detect potential damage befiore it happens. An excellent company probably saving the insurance companies alot of money! Well done.

I originally had a very small leak. The fix ended up causing an insufficient amount of water to be placed in the toilet bowl.

Excellent service from LeakBot. The engineer thoroughly tested the whole system, identified the problem, and rectified it immediately. He then made sure there were no other issues before leaving. A very professional, efficient and effective service.

The LeakBot reported a leak which transpired to be a constantly dripping bath tap and a toilet.
It took a while to arrange a mutually suitable appointment with the LeakBot engineer.

He ( Gary ) arrived on time and was throughly professional throughout his time with us . I was taken with his plumbing knowledge it was fantastic. All sorted with no fuss - brilliant!
