I was very impressed with the plumber who attended to my water leak. He was professional,friendly, and arrived promptly. He quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done, and carried out the repair efficiently and to a very high standard. He was also tidy and respectful throughout.
I’m very pleased with the service I received and would happily recommend him to others..

The engineer David was on time, very helpful with identifying and fixing our small water leak.

The tech performed a thorough check for potential leaks throughout the house. He determined that the leak originated in the sprinkler system. Quickly found the location of the leak in the sprinkler system and shut down the supply line. Was a huge relief to know the exact location of the issue and to schedule a sprinkler system repair. I'm a firm believer in LeakBot now and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Needed help to find a leak that the system had flagged but I couldn't spot. Leakbot plumber came tested, found and repaired the leak quickly and professionally.

Scheduling the appointment with LeakBot was very easy and straightforward. The only downside was that the first available appointment was a couple of weeks out, so there was a bit of a wait.

When the appointment day arrived, Trevor, the plumber, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. After using his electronic equipment to check for possible leaks, he went the extra step of personally checking everything himself to make sure we didn’t have any leaks.

I really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. He made the whole process easy and gave us confidence that the inspection had been done properly. Overall, we had a very positive experience with LeakBot and would be happy to recommend them.

Mark repositioned our Leakbot sensor and pressure tested our plumbing. No leaks were found so he showed me how to reset the Leakbot. Only downside was that he arrived 3 hours late due to a scheduling mixup. He did call about 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time to tell us he would be late.

The guy was great. It was a fault of the meter not a leak.
