After the leakbot identified a leak in our relatively new house the service from start to finish has been exceptional. The appointment was followed up with a more precise appointment time via text with further follow ups to the date of the appointment. Tom was excellent, explaining the process, keeping us informed and identifying the leak. This was quickly followed up with a suitable repair and re test. Highly recommend.

Seems like a scam to me. Leakbot partners with insurance companies: it detects a possible leak, then sends someone to your home for "free" and bills your insurer for the visit.

They came out in February 2025 and found nothing, but claimed the leak must be behind a wall. I hired a plumber, who ran a pressure test and confirmed there was no leak.

A year later, they're calling again. I assume they can bill the insurance company once a year. They felt no need to reach out for the rest of 2025, when there was no incentive to do so.

Mike was very thorough in tracking down a tiny, tiny leak which the naked eye would never find. He was professional and courteous throughout and we appreciated his patience in explaining things to us.

Found the leak. Stopped it. Job done.

The specialist who came in to do the work was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He not only made the needed fixes, but he explained why he was doing what he was doing, and pointed out other areas to keep an eye on over time. I was really impressed.

The Leakbot plumber came and did a thorough evaluation of our house’s water system. He was very good at explaining everything that he did. He found a very small leak in our outdoor sprinkler system. He was efficient, polite and professional.

Mark our service plumber was great. He was knowledgable professional and experienced.

I have found the Leakbot system to be invaluable. I have had two occasions where I have had to call them out as it reported a possible leak and high water usage. The engineer that came was outstanding he meticulously checked everything and repaired / replaced some faulty taps, toilet valves and a valve in cold water tank. These were not causing a leak yet, but we're dripping so potentai waste of water and of course likely to get worse.
I highly recommend this service.

Friendly, efficient and professional service.

After several personal attempts to get my LeakBot device to collect and report data, a technician was sent to my home. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and explained exacting what he was going to do to diagnose the problem. He then encouraged me to watch his approach to finding the problem and described what was necessary to resolve the issue. The solution was to repair a leaking toilet valve which he did in a matter of minutes, and he was satisfied that would resolve the problem. He recommended I check the app after three days to confirm the device begins recording and reporting data. My service experience with the technician (Mark) was outstanding.

Demis is always polite & very thoughtful. He’s diligent, loves a challenge and works hard to solve all our ‘leaky’ problems, which at times, (in an old house) can be very problematic!!

Anazing service! The LeakBot device flagged a tiny keak which i couldn't see. The help desk were very helpful and lrhe engineer Tom, was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Tom quickly identified the leak and another issue and repaired bith to a very high standard. Our hime was left spotless.
I cannot recommend highly enough,
