Tristan called before he arrived and so I was reassured that he was coming. I had to go out so left him to get on with checking for leaks. My husband peered at him occasionally. When I got back everything appeared to be fixed. App still showed I had a leak but when I called the agent said it would take a couple of days to reset. I am hoping I get the report so know where to look next time.

Robert was great. He identified that our LeakBot was in the wrong place, and despite the right place being kind of hidden in our house, he found it. He also helped me to understand some basic issues with leaks from toilets. He gave me great advice about some things to keep an eye on.

The engineer who visited was very enthusiastic about searching out and resolving whatever the problem was. It took just over an hour for him to finish his investigations and declare the job completed.

The engineer was so helpful, informative and very nice. He arrived on time(in fact early) and was very speedy and efficent - sorting the problem and giving me helpful advice.

Quick, informative, and clean!

Gary had the spare parts in his van, which considering how rare our installation is, was excellent. He completed the repair and checked in case there were other leaks very professionally. We were delighted with his work.

Efficient friendly service. The app told me there was a leak in my house, but I was unable to locate it in any of the obvious places. So LeakBot sent a plumber who was fairly confident he had isolated the problem in the attic. As there has been no repetition of the leak alert, I assume this has solved the problem.
