Super impressed with LeakBot
Very impressed with LeakBot - from initial installation to having to call an engineer when it detected a leak. Brilliant idea and excellent service. Super easy to follow all the instructions, even if you are more mature and not very techie!

Problem solved the day after calling
Called LeakBot to discuss the leak alert we’d had. Technician arrived the next day and identified the source of a very small leak, fixing it and saving us a problem down the line. Checked the whole house and performed tests at the start and end of visit. Very professional and friendly throughout.

Excellent service
From the time we received the leak detector sent through our insurance company, we found the company, Leakbot, to be helpful and polite. The apparatus flagged up a small leak within the first few days which we were not aware of. The engineer, Demis, arrived on time and carried out a thorough check on the system. He was polite, thorough and efficient when carrying out the repair and we felt reassured when he left. We would highly recommend Leakbot.

Mark was terrific. Arrived on time. Explained everything, identified the problems, fixed them. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and cleaned up everything after the repairs.

A valuable service detecting and repairing leaks
The engineer was excellent. The office of Leakbot were helpful. There was a short delay in getting the appointment. The Leakbot leak detector is well worth having.

complicate house didn’t faze competent engineer
We have a large complicate house & the friendly , competent LeakBot engineer pitched up and somehow found the leak. Twas in the water softener! LeakBot don’t fix water softeners but now we know it’s easy enough to arrange . Changed the ballcock while he was there as a preventative measure. I thought they just sent any old plumber in, no fully armed with a computer to help find the spot. Very good

This was a re-visit
This was a re-visit because we had a visible leak from an overflow. The problem was caused by an obstruction to the ballcock which stopped the smooth fall and rise of the float. This item had not been part of Demis’ previous visit. Advice received and acted on. Problem solved 🤞
