When your guy arrived i had one leaking toilet, now i have three leaking toilets. He informed me that he’d need to order some parts and a call would be made to make a further appointment. Im still waiting.

Mark explained things thoroughly, conducted a survey of the entire house, and identified a toilet that was not shutting off entirely. He showed us the app showed 0 leak when he finished. For some reason, I got an email this morning that we have a leak. Is that a matter of resetting the app or is there something else?

The company representative who visited my home was professional. He explained how the system senses leaks. A small leak was found in a hose. After the visit I had a slight leak from the toilet used to access the water line in the home. Called LeakBot and they a representative to replace it. Very responsive and provides great customer service.

Plumber turned up 30 mins late and left without getting close to identifying our problem. Appeared to know little about household plumbing, and failed to identify Thames Water and Leakbot installations. He was arrogant and condescenly referred to my wife (a recently retired senior manager in the NHS) as “my love”. Guaranteed to make her blood boil.

We need another plumber to come back and work to expose the underlying problem. I suspect the charlatan that came to visit us reported back to the office that everything was dandy. Problem solved. Not!

He was excellent. The whole process, from setting up an appointment to the actual work. He was very focused on making sure we didn't have an issue.

I appreciated the confirmation of the appointment, the same day confirmation and an update on his timing.

As before Tristram quickly identified the problem but we will need another for it to be corrected.
