Nigel was brilliant from start to finish. And always went above and beyond, personable but professional throughout.

Lewis was on hand throughout our tenancy to answer queries and assist with maintenance queries. After some initial issues when moving in, and although the conduct of the landlord cannot be controlled by Leaders, Lewis and the team were always very helpful and professional when addressing problems. I'd recommend them to new tenants in the area.

Aimee provided excellent after tenancy care, was able to provide me with a reference despite me having moved out over 5 years ago!

Every member of the team has been friendly, efficient and very approachable.
Our property was speedily assessed and put on the market.
all calls and emails were answered speedily.

My experience with leaders has always been good, they’ve dealt with anything I’ve brought to their attention and I’ve kinda been left alone which I like as a tenant.
Recently though I’ve had a few maintenance issues within my home and I’ve got to say a big thankyou to Lewis Langdell who has been super efficient in dealing with the issues, keeping me informed every step of the way and is always quick to reply to my emails, we need more people like Lewis, he’s a pleasure to talk to and is always so polite.

Lovely experience with Kate at Leaders. My partner and I have found a house that we loved and after just a phone call and a few emails everything was in order to proceed with the rental agreement. She was very responsive and always available to answer our questions. We should be signing in a few weeks and are really looking forward to it.
