I have been renting from leaders for about 4 years now if I have any issues I deal with Tierney and it is sorted straight away very caring and professional would definitely recommend leaders

Tierney Sutton.......Simply the Best!

Tierney has looked after us and managed our properties so well over the last few years.
We would like to thank Tierney for everything and can thoroughly recommend her management skills.
Many thanks.

Leaders, Worcester are reliable and professional. Lewis is my property manager and is the most capable agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He’s friendly, helpful and demonstrates a real commitment to his work. I’m delighted to have someone so conscientious and diligent. Thoroughly recommend

It’s been over 6 years now we are renting with Leaders and Tierney Sutton is the most helpful person! Whatever we need, all we need to do is to email and everything is getting sorted. Never had any issues! Thank you so much for helping us when we are in need! Fabulous manager!

Leaders have always been extremely professional and taken a human approach to lettings, understanding the realities of renting and handling everything in a client focused manner. Massive thank you to all the Worcester team but particularly Tierney Sutton who has always been a brilliant point of contact and helped advise me .

Leaders have been helpful all the way through the take on process and again with any post tenancy issues . Tierney in particular has been exemplary , prompt , polite and professional .

Lewis is always very helpful and quick to respond. Feel very look after by the team :))

We have rented through Leaders for almost 4 years now, and all the team, but especially Lewis, have been excellent be it answering queries or providing correspondence. Quick response to calls and emails. Well done team

Always had great support from Lewis at Leaders - always professional and prompt in his support.

Always had wonderful service from Lewis in Worcester .
Brilliant

Huge thank you to Lewis in the Worcester branch! When I had to move out of a property due to personal circumstances, he ensured I had somewhere to move into right away, that was within my budget and with NDO option.

Lewis has always gone above and beyond to ensure that I’m happy, safe and comfortable with where I live.

He’s an absolute credit to Leaders (Worcester), and if I ever encounter any issues with my property, I know he will always take my call, listen to me and endeavour to resolve the issues.

My second year of renting and my first one put me off it completely with a previous estate agents. However, Kate at Leaders has restored our hope in estate agents. From day one with helping us with our application to us moving in tomorrow Kate has been nothing but amazing, she's communicated with us at every stage ensuring we were updated on any issues, she's answered numerous questions that we've asked both over the phone and email. I couldn't have had a smoother experience thanks to Kate.

Tia who became our property manager has also worked her hardest to ensure everything we needed was done.

Both ladies are always happy when answering the phones regardless of how busy they are, they ensure we are satisfied before hanging up and the communication time has been amazing.

Couldn't have asked for a better pair of people to look after us and our new home. Would recommend Leaders to anyone looking to move in or around Worcester.

Sophie Conway is always helpful and goes beyond expectations! Leaders are lucky to have such a committed property manager.

Sophie Conway from the Worcester office has been great in helping to renew our contract and with any other issues regarding the management of our apartment and building. She is always happy to help and she will always get back to us quickly when she has sorted the issue at hand. Thank you Sophie!

Extremely helpful any problems we have leaders all ways get them sorted hassle free thank u so much again and to Aimee Taylor for being verry helpful thank u again

I've been with leaders for several years and they have always responded quickly to any minor repairs that needed fixing around the house. They ensure that they inspect the property every six months and that fire and gas alarms are working. Aimee Taylor also helped secure my tenancy when I faced some challenges with the landlord. I appreciate her and her team.

Aimee, always supports me with anything I require from Leaders Worcester branch.
Thank you for your help :)

Sophie from Leaders, Worcester branch was so helpful throughout our tenancy, any problems we may of had she dealt with urgency and always kept us informed. A big thank you to Sophie and the Worcester team for a friendly service and making the moving process efficiently as possible

As a landlord I have always found Natalie and the team helpful and efficient when it comes to getting problems fixed making life easier for the landlord

Needed an electrician to come out and fix a shower in our rented property. Reported to leaders and fixed on same day. Pretty superb. Great service, especially from Lewis. Really impressed.
