We recently submitted a rental application through Leaders. The application process, facilitated by Kate Beale, has been notably seamless and stress-free.

Alice gladd is our property manager she has been nothing but helpful throughout our tenancy anything we’ve needed she’s always been very helpful to get the answer as quick and efficient as possible.

Leaders managed the property I lived in for the last 2 and a half years. They made the whole tenancy run smoothly and were really helpful and responsive to any queries I had. Natalie in particular was a great property manager and always replied quickly!

I normally deal with Tierney S. the responses are always helpful and quick, I can’t fault the service she has given me.

Big shout out for Natalie and the team at Worcester branch, always professional and a pleasure to work with.

We've been renting with leaders for long time now. They are great, they have some fantastic staff that are always willing to help. Tierney Sutton in particular is fantastic. Always on the phone when something is wrong, always eager and willing to help. She goes out of her way to make sure we are OK and always checks back to make sure everything has been done. I couldn't speak highly enough of her. We are happy customers.

Neil at Worcester PMD is a great asset to the team and to Leaders Roman Group overall. It has been a struggle getting an apartment in Worcester. I finally got one with Leaders ,my whole application process has been a breeze my agent Alice Jenkins was very helpful , guided me every step of the way. She is quick to respond to emails. I have had a great overall application process thanks to her.

Tierney is so very helpful and always gets things done. I am a landlord and she is always on the end of the phone, helping sort any problems or answering any questions I have. Leaders are very lucky to have her!

I’ve dealt with leaders a lot over the past few years with many different employees over this time. The current bunch are all great with all of them happy to help if Tierney isn’t available. But the whole time I’ve dealt with Tierney she has been amazing. Nothing is to much trouble, she is very direct in getting things done and always comes back to me with any answers I’ve enquired about. My husband and I have been renting a property through leaders since April last year, there have been a couple of maintenance issues that have come up since we moved in. Neil is our property manager (Worcester branch) and any issue we have logged have been felt with almost immediately and a contractor sent out the same day if not as soon as possible.
