Been renting for 4 years and never once had a problem

I have been a Landlord for serval years. I have been working with Leaders at Northwich for approx 4 Years. In that time I have had exemplary service. I recently required a new Boiler in a rented property. Emma Perrin at the Northwich branch negotiated with the contract Partner a reasonable price. She also arranged the install and testing. Excellent service. No headache for me. Well done leader's and Emma.

Had an issue with my heating and Emma Perrin was able to get it resolved for me. She was great in getting a contractor to me and when we had issues, she was right on them. Brilliant service.

I am the owner of several properties in Northwich Cheshire, which are managed by Leaders lettings and
estate agents. The member of staff assigned to me is Emma Perrin who manages the tenancy of the properties. Her responsibilities as a member of Leaders staff include the handling of any maintenance issues that may occur, scheduling contractors and ensuring that any work required is completed on time and to a satisfactory standard.
Also, she ensures that monthly statements are prepared and distributed in a timely manner. I have found her to be very a reliable and helpful member of Leaders staff

Incompetence at its finest at Leaders Northwich. My experience was stressful, time consuming and expensive, having to chase everything from authorised works that were not completed, late rental payments due to me (from Leaders not the tenant), reimbursement of costs from deposits (10 month wait) Empty promises and "lip service" to get you off the phone. Landlords I would strongly recommend going elsewhere because if I could give zero stars I would. This Company should be avoided at all costs

Our tenant exit and readying the property for sale was handled by Emma Perrin and was efficient and straightforward. Queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have been with the same office over 15 years and when Leaders took over it was seamless.
