I rented a house through leaders they was great from start to finish Jane and grace were both really helpful they went out of there way to help me I cant recommend them enough I will be sticking with these in the future thanks again for everything

Grace has been extremely helpful, always responding quickly and answering all the many questions we’ve had.

I have been using Leaders at Northwich as a Landlord for many years. The staff I have come into contact with have been exemplary. I have recently had dealing with Grace Boulton a letting consultant at Nortwich. She was very knowledgable in her field. She gave great advice in a polite friendly but professional way. This gave me great confidence in leaving the current letting issue to her. Giving solutions not problems. This is the way to do business. Well done Leaders and well done Grace.

She has been nothing but helpful,patient,friendly in helping us secure our first family home! Dealt with Grace and Holly from the Northwich branch. Viewed a property to rent on Friday, which was swiftly organised, completed the application and given a move in date by Monday! Very quick, easy, no hassle process but also thorough for both me and the landlord. Very happy with both lovely ladies!

this company is rubbish do not use you will be sorry as they never pay

Leaders have been nothing short of useless. They blindly support landlords, no matter how ridiculous or false the end of tenancy claims are, and show zero interest in fairness or tenant support. Communication was lazy, responses were copy-and-paste nonsense, and they made no effort to properly resolve anything.

It’s clear they only care about protecting their own back and keeping landlords happy. If you’re a tenant, avoid them at all cost—you’ll be left frustrated, out of pocket, and treated like a nuisance rather than a customer.

As per the copy-and-paste responses to EVERYTHING, you will see their reply to this negative feedback be the same as every other 1 star review.

Extremely helpful, Grace (the consultant who I was dealing with) was super helpful, always approachable for any questions or queries, have nothing negative to say about her or the service provided

Having not had the best experience with Leader's property management over the 12 months, I'm pleased to say there's been a significant improvement in service over the last month. Jane in the Northwich branch, is now our contact for property management and we've been pleased with her service so far. She's been quick to respond to queries, communicates well and is starting to understand our needs and expectations as property owners.
I'm looking forward to continuing working with Jane and hope this level of service continues.

Over the years I have rented with leaders, communication is diabolical.

3 months with out a lockable front door
4 days in December no heating or hot water

Currently have mould in the property, they are not responding to emails or calls made.
Advised my email has been escalated, total lie as still 3 weeks on no response

Avoid renting from these jokers
