Alex Eldred is a property manager at Leader's, he is courteous and very efficient. It was refreshing to speak to him on two occasions, and have my problems resolved quickly. He is knowledgeable and wastes no time in getting things done.

Have had wonderful service by Alex Eldred at the MK office thus far. Alex has responded to all of my questions and requests promptly and shows great attention to detail. I appreciate all the help he has given me- thank you!

10 out of 10 for Daanish from the milton keynes office, as a contractor he always deals with my job's promptly & deals with the Landlord's efficiently when it comes to my quotes & invoices, His communications skills are top notch & he's a nice chap aswell. We have been with Leaders since 2019, and have had numerous challenges as to the maintenance issues in our flat. Some got resolved but others just could not be addressed due to lack of interest from various parties till today until Daanish Hussain took charge of our property. He has undoubtedly unique skills dealing with multiple parties, putting across the issues clearly, taking time to do his own research, proactively dealing with everyone involved without any delay. His commitment to problem solving, resolving our longstanding issues undoubtedly demonstrates that he is an excellent property manager. The Leaders should be proud of having his services. As tenants, we are very grateful for taking your time to go into minute details, identifying the root cause of our issue and subsequently resolving it in the most amicable way which is fair and acceptable to all parties. Daanish, property manager, has been excellent support for our new tenancy. We experienced lots of challenges with the move and faults in the property and bad costumer service from the company. However, since moving in he has been so supportive and proactive getting it all sorted. Thank you Daanish

Discriminatory referencing for lettings. Why should I have to earn nearly 50k a year to rent a flat that is 1300 PCM...disgusting

My property manager Ellie is so helpful and has always been proactive with anything I’ve asked. I have also spoken to Laura before whilst Ellie was off and she was also amazing. Really recommend.

1 star is too much! Why does any self respecting Landlord use this company. They are the worst I have ever come across. Invalid gas safe certificates, Smoke detectors 13 year out of date. Instructed repairs ignored. Use of un registered tradespeople. No understanding of Building Regulation requirements for work they instructed. Expensive, poor communication, shoddy customer service and I am only scratching the service. Tenants are left unsafe, Landlords exposed - DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

I have a management contract with Leaders Milton Keynes on 16/2/22. As per contract :

• Sole Agency will continue after the expiry of the twelve weeks until either party gives fourteen calendar days written notice of termination to the other. If during the Sole Agency period other agents are instructed, the monthly commission rate will be increased by 1.8% including VAT.
The service is very bad, lots of mistakes. I have decided to terminate the contract as per above.
They completely ignore me . They continue sending emails text messages blackmail tenants. Even use different number to blackmail and harassing me for 40 minutes They scammed me in signing the contract and refused to accept cancel contract. They take advantage of English is my second languages. After scamming me signing a computerized contract they completely ignore any instructions. Not returning your phone number to ring me . They scammed me in signing the contract and refused to accept cancel contract. Keep texting messages and emails. Despite i complaints to head office a few times they still carry what they like .
The head office email contact has been advised by Property Ombudsman’s. They did not even replied to me.

Please be careful being scammed into anything with them. I will definitely not use Leaders anymore

Every person I spoke with at Leaders was friendly and helpful. Shannon did an amazing job securing a second buyer after the first buyer pulled out. She was also very helpful and proactive. When Lauren took over she was also brilliant at answering my questions. The person who stood out the most for me was my move manager Sue. She went above and beyond to get the sale to complete. Liaising with everyone to keep things moving along. Without her we wouldn’t have exchanged or completed for many more months. The communication between both solicitors to clients was poor so Sue made sure we were all updated with the important information and basically made the sale happen. I can’t praise her enough, absolutely fantastic.
