I have used Leaders to manage my rental property for over 2 years now and I do not have one bad thing to say about them. Abi who has mainly been dealing with my property has provided a great service and is easily contactable whenever I have needed her. I would definitely recommend using her to anyone.

Had an issue with our rental property…
Had an issue with our rental property so got in contact with our excellent letting agent Abi (Abigail Gwilliam) who contacted the landlord and sent across a message on how to solve the issue very quickly

Good letting agent
Very good letting agent who communicate with me clearly and promptly answer any queries or issues I have.

Excellent service.
I have been dealing with Leaders for a while now I have always found Abi and the whole team to be highly efficient, friendly and helpful. They certainly helped me get through a particularly turbulent period in my lettings business without hitch. I would not have coped on my own and can certainly recommend Leaders Ipswich as lettings managers.

Always listens to the Landlord's point of view - but is fair to both parties. I find Glenda to be professional, experienced and helpful when seeking solutions to the issues that arise when letting properties.
I would recommend Glenda to anyone who wants to work with a Property Manager who gets things done!
