Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with this company! They went above and beyond by providing a full refund instead of store credit, and I truly appreciate their willingness to work with me. A special thank-you to Alex, who was incredibly kind, considerate, and helpful throughout the process. I've have great interactions again and again and again when resolving inconveniences.The customer service at this company is some of the best I've ever come across. Great products and excellent customer service
My daughter got her period and I use Knix products so I outfitted her with them as well. I made a large and ordered a size too small and bra that was also too small. When I went to exchange, I didn’t realize it was last chance on 2 items and there are no returns. This was nearly $100 worth and was gutted. I reached out to Customer service and Alex helped me out and made an exception so I could return them. I was so thankful! I was able to complete the exchange for the bigger size. It’s a large investment to make at first but it pays off. The products are so comfortable and I have never leaked through any of them. I wish they were around when I got my period but I am glad they are now for my girls.
This is the first time dealing with their customer service and it was delightful! I have recommended them to a lot of my girlfriends and they all love their products too!
Alex also provided me with a coupon code for next time for a product being out of stock that I ordered.
Overall, great products and excellent customer service.

I brought a bra from this company that…
I brought a bra from this company that was marketed as being easy to put on for people that have back/shoulder injuries. The bra was very expensive at 100$, much more than I would ever normally spend but as I did have a back injury I thought it would be worth it for me. The bra is so complicated to put on, constantly tangled, it was pretty much unusable. In addition the seams started coming undone after only 2 weeks of wear, making it even more uncomfortable. I was never able to fully figure out how to untangle it and ultimately had to throw it away. I will never purchase anything from this company again and can't recommend their products. Huge waste of my money and time :(

I love all the products from Knix. Recently I ordered a few items and one was missing. I got support from Shamita who was incredibly helpful and on top of the issue.
