Ordered new Miele oven door hinges for a 20 yr old oven, while on a trip to UK from Canada! Was hoping all would go well and was a bit of a gamble, the parts were not available in Canada, order came in a few days to the address in UK, and now back in Canada just installed new hinges and they are perfect. Thank you, new Miele oven in Canada would have been 6000 dollars.

V pleased indeed with my new pair of spatulas, to replace my old Kenwood one from the last millennium! (Hopefully these will both see me out.)

Excellent and straightforward online ordering and delivery.

The product was delivered on time.
Also the faulty item was replaced immediately.

Excellent service. I would recommend kendo spares anytime.

Arrived very quickly. The package was damaged and wet but this was probably not the fault of kenco spares but the delivery company. The appliance appeared to be un damaged.
