Purchase Miele C1 classic
Purchase Miele C1 classic. Previously had Miele S83 series’s which burned out after a good few years and the suction was always good on these. Even when the bag was filling up it maintained suction. Now with mainly laminated floor, don’t need as much suction. Th C1 is pretty powerful for a smaller machine. It doesn’t store the attachment in the vacuum hence it’s smaller and lighter. C1 is discontinued but Kenco supplied it and it came with vouchers to get the Miele vacuum bags which was handy. Good service from Kenco.

Had been looking for a Miele Hepa filter for some time……
Had been looking for a Hepa filter for my vacuum which is a good few years old. . The customer service from Kenco Spares was amazing. They found me the right filter, it was dispatched and fitted perfectly. Was losing heart of finding the right filter having received “supposed Compatibles” from other suppliers. So pleased I found Kenco Spare.

Good service
Googled the hoover part I needed, found & ordered it very simply from Kenco website. It took a wee while to come from Ireland, as I struggled to find anywhere in uk to get the part from, but no complaints with thst. This is the second time I've used Kenco and wouldn't hesitate to use again. 😁

Responded quickly and reassuringly
The coffee machine that I ordered on 26th November was despatched the following day. The carrier was DPD and I was notified by them it would be delivered 1 December. On the 2nd December when it didn’t arrive I emailed both DPD and Kenco Spares. Kenco Spares responded immediately and instigated the ‘search’. Eventually found and delivered 16th December. Kenco weren’t responsible for their delivery partner and from my end they seemed actively involved trying to secure the right outcome.
