It was so good to receive the replacement dust bags as my vacuum cleaner is quite old now and it has been quite difficult in the past to get bags. Thankyou

Order number 261016-114053-2727
I’ve only just placed the order so I’ve not received the item yet but wanted to leave this right away.
If I need anything in the future I will definitely be ordering from here. I made a complete mess of an order, panicked as I said to my wife I would buy this so didn’t want to look like plank and it be yet another thing I’ve messed up. I emailed a couple times as soon as I made the order but didn’t find a number until the order was complete and ready for the off. I phoned a very polite understanding lady and they swapped the head for the correct one which cost more I was planning on paying the extra but they didn’t want any extra for it. I’ve never encountered that on any website before. I think I have a few more bits I might need so I would 100% be using this company again(making sure I’ve not done a man look)in the future

Great reliable service!
Excellent service and delivery, and product was well-packaged. The only negative was that it was quite expensive but, as a Miele replacement part, that's only to be expected.
