Very easy to follow order process, and a speedy delivery. Altogether excellent service.

Domli were very helpful by email and very helpfully provided a non standard sized desk to my specifications. It was delivered quickly and what a beautiful solid and well made desk it is. Would recommend this company, great to deal with. Thank you for a great product.

Haven't used the shelves &worktops yet so can't comment on the quality but the ease and speed of ordering and delivery was 5 star !!! If the quality is good then I'll definitely use again!!!

Bought oak worktop as part of a refurbishment project of a singer sewing machine table. Looks fabulous. Arrived very quickly.

Ordering was easy no problem on delivery table top and legs arrived all good apart from it was a bit ruff around the edges I did ask for wood so that’s what I got im happy with it .

what you think is suitable for protection that would be super helpful as your company would probably be experts on wood and treatment for table tops

Really good service. We were too late for next day delivery but it turned up promptly the day after. Good quality goods, we went for the 700 x700 CM bistro table with the 40mm thickness table top in oak. Packaged well and nicely finished. Very happy and would buy again. 😊

From the minute I ordered everything was first class. I was very susceptible at first as it was a Facebook add I seen. The desk quality is amazing. Delivery in 2 days. I would order from here again.

Hi,when I first looked into this company I was more than surprised by the price of the products on view considering the very high standard of materials they were very reasonable plus their sustainability projects helps the planet, I was kept well informed of my orders journey and the staff were very helpful and considerate, I would recommend.

I haven't received anything! Issues with delivery. Domli did not send the complete order, so the couriers did not deliver as scheduled. Very difficult to contact either company. £25 for shipping is a joke.

The wood arrived on time. Easy online booking and payment .

I ordered two oak shelves, delivery was on time. The quality and look is very good indeed. They have made a big difference to my home office. I am sure I will order from Domli again.

The desk itself is lovely, however I had significant issues with 1. assembly and 2. the customer service.

I ordered a desk which required four legs to be attached - sounds simple!. For some reason, the screws had already been screwed into the desk, so I was required to take out all of the screws only to have to put them back in to attach the legs. The screws were put in so tightly, I expect by a machine, that I physically could not get them out even with an electric screwdriver (which is the tool required on the assembly document). When I emailed customer service about this, they said the screws were put in "for convenience" which is nonsensical... why would they put the screws in only for the customer to have to take them all out to attach the legs. After many hours, I ended up being able to take all but one of the screws out, however, as I urgently needed the desk I had to just attach the legs without one screw. The desk is now a bit wobbly which is far from ideal. Customer service offered to replace the desk but that would mean dismantling it, taking it down three flights of stairs and then rebuilding it - all of which I did not have time for as I was without a desk and was about to go on holiday. In the end they offered a 10% refund, but I have ended up with a subpar desk. I would be wary about ordering from here, more hassle than it’s worth!
