Customer service is awful/nonexistent. Stay far away from this company.

Scam. After 3weeks, they sent me the wrong color and the wrong size. Refused to give me a full refund unless I spent a fortune sending the shoes to China. Offered a 50% refund and I could keep the ugly shoes that I couldn't wear.

LESSON: read the return & refund policy. I was so excited to find the shoe I wanted. It looked like any american vendor online. It's actually a chop-shop buried deep in China

The model shoe I wanted was no longer available on Amazon. I wanted a 2nd pair. So I found Kaegrel after a long search onlin (a made up name for the Chinese Company ( aka 广州谷丽科技有限公司 ... didn't know that at the time).

Anyway, I ordered a size 11 US, the same as I had on amazon. What I got was size a UK size 46, which is a US 12! They claimed it was an 11. My only option was to return it to CHINA @ MY EXPENSE.... $45 via USPS. I had ordered 2 pair, total cost $98. That’s a 50% penalty for returning with no guarantee I’ll ever see the right size

They are scammers! They sent the wrong size shoe and refused to send the right size after showing proof that I ordered a size 12. They tried to pretend that I chose the wrong size and refused to correct their mistake so now I’m stuck with a size 14 shoe.

They are being shipped from China. After 5 weeks of waiting I still have not received the package. Total scam.

Total Scam!!!! NO customer service help( I was told to keep the shoes and buy a smaller pair). don't be tricked.

I haven't ordered these but now knowing they are made and shipped from China and reading the reviews says alot. Items are never ever what they say. I recently order shorts. They had a size chart for waist so I thought I would be fine. Got them and I couldn't even put them over my hips. It says no returns but I sent a picture of them at my hips and pic of my jeans showing the size and there's together. You can't dispute that. They did refund me as I said I would contact my bank.

I'm only giving them a 5 is so the post would get read. Always, Always read the reviews and find out where the product is coming from. You'll find almost entirely it's China and take the time to look at the product. Do you honestly think you can purchase the
Shoes or any other product they advertise for such a cheap price? Any pair of shoes that looks like the ones they're advertising would almost certainly be anywhere from 100 to 200 dollars anywhere else. I have never purchased from them I just hate scammers. So the date shown isn't real, you can't post without a date.

Horrible. Shoes showed up almost 2 months after they were paid for. Did not fit. They refused to accept return. One pair doesnt even have a size marking or code. They insisted otherwise even though I sent photos. Never again. Considering suing them even though the amount is under $100. The arrogance and lack of consideration has to stop

Same issues as the other reviewers. Waited weeks and when they were finally delivered yesterday, did not even come close to fitting my feet. Crappy workmanship and they gave off a noxious chemical oder that was so bad, I had to put them into the garage. I contacted customer service about returning / refunding and actually heard back quickly; however, they offered a $5 refund (on a $75 order) plus 20% off on another pair. Total BS...just another CCP company ripping off customers...I feel like a dolt. Oh well, live and learn. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Almost not worth the bother, given the reviews here. Wish i knew about trustpilot before ordering! Same experience here. Crappy fake shoes, glued together, not handstitched as advertised. The shoe strap broke as they were being put on for the first time. According to them, this made them "used" and ineligible for a return. After 14 emails back and forth, they agreed to a 10$ refund on 50$ shoes. I highly doubt i will ever see that 10$.

Much like everyone else here, I had a horrible experience with this company. If I could give them a minus 100 I would. Wanted to return everything because it didn't look like what was on their website, they only would give me a small credit $5.00 and a discount for more purchases and made me take pictures of everything. Kaegreel is a rip off so don't buy anything from them.

The good news, I paid with PayPal and they refunded all of my money ($185.00) so kudos to PayPal! I was very pleased with how PayPal handled everything.

If you don't want to be disappointed... don't order from this company.
Go to a shoe store and try on before buying shoes.
We ordered...tool 3 weeks and size was smaller even though the number on the shoe showed the supposedly correct size. Returned...sent a replacement and also to small...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Complete scam here, ordered shoes, never received them and now they won't answer me to provide a refund. Don't waste your money. This company should be prosecuted.

Well I have to say this company should not be allowed to do business in the U.S. As I read other reviews, something I should have done before ordering, I am not alone. I received 2 pairs of shoes that looked like something I could have gotten at Payless but for 1/2 the price and at least 50% better quality. They were cheap and appeared to be glued at the soles. To return them, at my expense to China would probably have been cheaper than to buy them but I will never use Kaegreel again, and shame on Facebook for not vetting the companies that advertise and sell on its site. I guess it is their right but I have done business with at least 5 companies advertised on Facebook and this is the 1st time I actually received a product that I didn't cancel due to incredibly long ship times. I think they are all based in China. If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible company, products are pieces of sh**.

WOW. I wish I had seen this before ordering. I (finally) received my sandals and they SMELLED like old tires. Not just a whiff but reeked and were unwearable.

Their customer service offered a $3 refund (on a $50 item) and then suggested I take a photo to show the damage.

I have filed a resolution with PayPal but we'll see how that goes. Going to share my experience in every social channel I can. Just so awful.

Ordered two pairs of shoes: despite being the same size, neither fit right (one too big, one too small). Kaegreel's return "policy" is absolutely deceptive - if it's a problem with fit YOU have to pay return shipping to China despite them having a forwarding center in the US as listed on their website.

If I could give ZERO stars would. Website is VERY deceiving!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!! These shoes are shipped from China…to return them we had to pay shipping $$$$ AND they would give us $8.00 back… no typo here!!! $8.00!!! I guess that is what it costs to make them. With so many shoe companies with GREAT customer service…DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! VERY FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH!! They obviously do not stand behind their product!!!

They might make good shoes. But who would know? They didn't send them to me, or refund my money
