Delivery time is very long, I ordered 3 pair of boots and they were received at the end of the snow season. One pair didn't fit, I was offered a fraction of what I paid as a refund and would have had to return them internationally, pay shipping charges and customs fees. The boots aren't bad so I will donate to a charity.

Each time I contacted them they increased the amount of the refund by a few dollars but not enough to cover all the shipping charges, they were also going to charge me $12 more for a replacement pair.
Definitely a lose, lose propositions.

I wish I had done a little more research before purchasing Kaegreel shoes for my son. They do look very nice looking at the pictures on their site - unique styles, etc. however, when we received them they're super cheaply made. The stitching is poorly done, the material they're made from is not leather and feels very artificial, like they'll tear easily so you can tell they won't last 6 months. PLUS there is little to no padding on the soles so they'd be very uncomfortable to wear for any length of time.

I tried to write a review on their page yet could not find anywhere to do so. Even though there are hundreds of 5 star reviews which also claim to be 'verified buyer'. Hmmmmm..........

Now I'm having the most difficult time getting a refund, which I requested upon receipt of the shoes ( over 2 weeks now) so I'm sure they'll time it out and say it's been too long to get a refund. Unfortunately, not my first rodeo dealing with companies like this. You'd think I'd learn my lesson and use more due diligence before making a purchase of any significance.

I was offered a $7 refund plus 20% off another order. I will not order from this company again so no, I just want my $72.00 back, I'll send the shoes back and let's call it a day. I have a feeling it will not go that way given how it's gone so far but one can hope.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Their refund policy is dishonest because they say you have to send your return to China, which is way more expensive than anything you would buy. They offer you a small refund. Starting at $2 and go up each time you contact them. Never order from these people.

I bought two pairs of Kaelgreel Beck Shoes. They looked very nice on the web site, and the description was great. What I received was a very cheaply made very thin "leather" material that is almost impossible to wear. I paid $51.00 each pair, got ripped off. I thought these were supposed to be high quality Italian shoes, what I got are cheap Chinese crappy shoes

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! They advertise their boots as waterproof but they are not. Contacting them is useless as they say no returns if worn...how would you know they leak if you haven't worn them?? They suggested we take them to a shoe repair shop...how stupid is that. Then I got PayPal involved and they agreed to refund once shoes were returned at our cost and in original unworn condition. They know that the cost of shipping to Hong Kong makes that implausible. Total scam they are selling garbage and it's shameful.

Wish I could rate them zero stars, one is def kinda high...

Warranty fraud at its best.
the warranty policy requires customer to ship returns at customer expense if it's not a compnay issue. The problem....the return address is Hong Kong so the cost to ship it back is more than the original purchase. Ray Charles could see this Warranty Fraud from a mile away! complete scam

WARNING Don’t waste your money. The worst shoes I’ve ever purchased. Absolute cheap garbage. Soles are thin and uncomfortable without any arch support. Fake fur looks cheap and does nothing for warmth. Offered only $4 refund. I paid $68 for them. It’s a big scam.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of $70 snow boots. I ordered my normal size 8 but when they arrived i couldn't even get them halfway on, they looked more like a child's size.

Forget trying to return anything to this company; the cheapest shipping charge to China I could find was $90 thru the post office. They will not pay for return shipping. When I tried to communicate with customer service I repeatedly got AI scripts back, never addressing my questions. I wish I would've read reviews before ordering. Do not order from this company!!!!

Order a pair of shoes from this place, received the shoes unfortunately they were the wrong size there wasn't a tag on either shoe so I don't know what size they were. Tried to return for correct size and they completely avoided allowing me to do so. Offered very small refund redeemable on next purchase. Told me to give shoes to a friend. Do not order from this place you will undoubtedly regret it.

Ok, this was an interesting purchase. First, it took a long time and it comes from China and then sent from 9203 Charles Smith Ave. In Rancho Cucamonga, CA. JERRY (001) YASFBARA. They tell you about the initial order processing delay, but there is a second 7-10 day delay for shipping processing. The shoes came and actually look like the picture on their site. I see nothing wrong with the stitching or the sole. A positive. They were in a nice shoe bag! The size was close to my size, just a little big and slightly narrow. But they use European measuring so that's not unusual. They do give you detailed measuring advise so pay attention. The leather is very thin and not my preferred quality. The insoles padding is very thin, but I just put in some $1 cushion insoles used for my boots. It works. They are very light so that's a positive. I will use them as a relaxing casual shoe. I do not see a reason to return them. But I see no reason to buy from thrm again. The price was too high for the quality. If I saw this shoe in a store I would have guessed $35. I think some people would enjoy them and others would not.

I paid $16.00 for a 10 day delivery and received the order in 6 weeks. The insides of the shoes fell apart after wearing for an hour. The company refuses to reimburse me or grant a return as the shoes have been worn. Although their return policy states refunds are granted when products are defective. Lesson learned to always read reviews first. This company is a huge scam.

I haven’t bought from kaegreel.com and WON’T be doing so thanks to all the great 1 star reviews. It’s terrible getting burned by a business and their products, so THANK YOU SO MUCH for spreading your experiences!

Do NOT do business with this company! They don’t do returns or refunds the fair/honest way. They are not based in the US. Very poor customer service and poor quality merchandise. Warning: stay away!!

WARNING; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! After waiting 3 weeks without receiving, I requested a refund. They kept trying to get me to accept a discount and keep them. I tried to explain that I hadn’t received them. This went on until I received them, and now they’re saying I have to pay post back to China because I received them!

These shoes /slippers/dog chew toys are unusable, even as chew toys. There is horrible chemical off-gassing. So bad, that we woke up the next morning feeling nauseous. They said this is normal, and to leave them outside to air out. Really? They are the flimsiest foot coverings I’ve ever seen, and look nothing like on the website. I wear size 11 - 11 1/2. I was planning to wear these outside without socks, so I ordered size 10, which should have been tight, per their size chart. I think if I had ordered size 11 1/2, that they would be too big for Shaquille O’Neal!

I’ve since had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they just won’t initiate a refund.

Do yourself a favor, and shop somewhere else.

Scammers - AMAZON and GOOGLE need to shut these people down or get them off their sites.

Over ONE MONTH and order not delivered. Their site still says I did not order anything. Multiple queries yielded only - 'be patient' replies without a stitch of explanation in suspiciously horrible Chinglish. Three weeks later I got an 'order number' which produced no tracking data.

They claim that their product is waterproof but it is a lie. They get wet instantly. Do not buy anything from them it is false advertisement. They refused to refund my purchase stating that they don't take back used product. I only just reveived them.

THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I just threw away $85. Their product is cheap, fits horribly, and the SECOND I ordered them, I KNEW it was a mistake! If I want a refund, I can SEND THEM BACK TO CHINA AND PAY FOR THAT MYSELF.
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. This is a bitter and expensive lesson to learn.

It took over a month for my order in Canada to shwo up. The shoes are what I expected they are fine. Other then the time for delivery I have no issues.

Total scam. Great looking website and shows up in top searches on Google. But not a legitimate company. I lost money buying two pairs of shoes.
