Do not buy these shoes. They don’t fit and the return process is difficult. Also the delivery time is very lengthy

Wow! I Thought it was just my experience. Company sent shoes that was too narrow but right size. First they offered me a 13 percent discount NOT to return but to buy another two narrow pair ( huh). I emailed them and told them I wanted send back for pairs that fit. They offered me 18 percent discount on a different shoe but they didn't have a wider pair, they basically asked me
to tough it out, man up and destroy my feet. Finally
they said only send the shoes back to the address they
provide and in the same shipment package, bag, wrap and all, tracking number etc. I smelled a trap. But did just as they required.

It cost $64 to ship for return. even the Post women was suspicious because the address was unbelieva
blely long. I sent this return in late November to no avail. Their consistent reply is "we haven't received your return". Worst part, I bought $200 worth of gift for friends and family from them while returning my shoes

Couple of the gift shoes didn't fit.....they got me, the big time!

If I could put a minus 50 in the rating, I would. Do not do ANY business with this horribly disreputable company. I have been waiting for my order for two months. When I contact the company they respond with repeated messages that just keep looping through excuses, but no action to rectify the problem. Then they pawned me off on the shipping company they use..Piggy Express. Another disreputable company. Horrible, horrible, horrible company. A major SCAM.

This is a very bad company. A ghost company no phone.

Do not buy shoes from this company. The shoes ordered were sized according to the company size chart. The shoes arrived and.were two sizes too big. I asked for money to be refunded and was offered an $8 refund for two (2) pairs of shoes.

Exactly what everyone else has written. Wish I had read before ordering....uggh. Horrible place. Takes two weeks just to process order and won't let you cancel. Says it has been shipped but give no proof. Now it has supposedly been shipped but I'm supposed to wait three weeks to receive it. Need to download a Chinese app to track order, not doing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Been in contact with them in CHINA about my order for over a month ,that I cancelled yet still received . RETURN I HAVE TO Pay and only if they receive it without customs due will I see refund less shipping Do not buy from them HORRIBLE experience

Do not order from this place you will not receive them. Scam Scam they deduct your money immediately but you never get them. No such place!!!! Horrible Horrible!

Scam!! I ordered two pairs for Christmas gifts. Neither pair fit true to size and I asked for a return. I was offered $12 refund to keep the shoes. Otherwise, I could send them back (to CHINA) at my cost!! Very poor customer service. Not a professional operation at all. Stay clear of this business!

Great review chain! Perfect explanation of service. Slow shipping, poor quality and worse customer service. Same shoes at other sellers with great customer service and satisfaction; such as Amazon and TEMU. Do not recomend buying from Kaegreel!

Order was processed on 12-12-2024.
As of 1-2-2025 nothing has arrived. I have sent 1 update request via e-mail and all I got was "be patient"
(had to translate from Chinese as this is where they originate!).
Terrible customer service!

I ordered three pair of boots from Kaegreel on December 11th. After not receiving the package after a couple weeks, I tried to cancel the order. They said it cannot be cancelled because the item had shipped. When I asked again how to track the package on December 26th, I received a message stating the package shipping had been initiated on December 28th. It's now January 2nd and the package is somewhere in Canada. I'm very much regretting my purchase. Especially since I ordered a couple boots and sizes to be sure I got it right. BUY LOCAL, DO NOT ORDER FROM KAEGREEL.

I had a terrible experience with Kaegreel shoes. I placed an order on 12/2 and received no shipping confirmation for over two weeks. I emailed their customer service requesting an update but never got a response. Frustrated, I submitted a complaint with my credit card company, and the charge was reversed and held. Conveniently, I received an email the very next day saying my order had shipped. It then took another week to receive actual shipping information. As of today, the package has been sitting in Queens since 12/26 with no further updates. This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had—poor communication, slow processing, and a lack of accountability. I will not be ordering from Kaegreel again.

I mistakenly ordered a “women’s” size 11 when I needed a men’s size 11.
The return policy is ridiculous.
I will never purchase from them again!

Stay away!!!! Ordered this product over 6 weeks ago and still no update on shipping. Tried to cancel the order and they respond they cannot cancel because item has already shipped, which is a lie.

If there was a minus star, that’s what I’d give them. This company has a fraudulent return policy for their crappy product. I’ve been getting the same run around as others describe trying to get them to give me a full refund for the boots where the left is too large. So now I’m going to see what PayPal will do about it. Spread the word folks: NEVER ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT CHINESE COMPANY that claims to be in the USA

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered a size 11, waited 6 weeks for them to get here and they sent me a size 4. When I asked for a refund and instructions to send them back, I was told I would get $4 of the $59 I spent and 30% discount on ordering another pair. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

Ordered two pair of boots. They claim I ordered women's sizes which is incorrect. Received two emails, one claiming my fault, the other offering 5 dollars and 20% off. I countered 50% off and I'd pay to ship the others back. The remembered I paid for boots I did not get. They look and worse feel cheap. From China so figures but my minimalist runners are made there, and they are top quality. No mention of China when you buy. Took six days to get a confirmation. Then sat at the Chinese export station six days, and for some reason five days here at a US port. Should have read the reviews. Live and learn.

Ordered shoes over a month ago. Received a conformation email. Never any shipping information. I emailed their customer service twice, crickets. Finally got a shipping number through PayPal. this led to another dead end. Save your time and money. Just another Chinese scam outfit.

Customer service is awful/nonexistent. Stay far away from this company.
The shoes I received were in a plastic see-thru bag without any labels other than my address. The pair of loafers looked as though they were a used returned item, and the footbed filler was loose and not glued properly. Craftsmanship not good quality. Kaegreel company would not replace/exchange my order.
Stay away, unless company fulfills customers return inquiries in good faith. Replacement(s) with a new shoe should be honored. It is not a return request for cost.
