Enquired with several CBMP clinics, Jorja Emerson Centre were the first ones to get back to me. They made sure I was eligible for treatment before any payments were taken which other clinics wouldn't do. Alfie and Sophie have always been very efficient and helpful in answering any queries I have had. Dr Luisa has been brilliant throughout my consultations. The whole team at Jorja Emerson Centre have been a pleasure to deal with and I could not recommend them enough!

I have a complicated medical history and had to do a lot of legwork before I would be accepted anywhere. I applied for several places unsure of what to expect. Jorja Emerson absolutely went above and beyond any other medical cannabis clinic in my own experience.

I spoke with Alfie several times who was not only knowledgeable about the whole procedure and happy to explain exactly what I needed to do, but he was also very empathetic and never made me feel rushed.

I was referred to Dr. Tang and I was again very happy with the experience, I feel that he's very knowledgeable on the subject as he prescribed exactly what I needed for all my conditions. He also listened to me and my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed.

On top of that, an item that was out of stock was rectified quickly and I experienced no delay in receiving my medicine.

When you include the low cost of this excellent service, I can't give this company any less than 5 stars.

Alfie, Sophie and Dr. Luisa were all great. As a first time MC patient, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I was well informed throughout and never had to wait more than a day or two for the next stage of the process.

From the get go, Alfie in customer services was great, very knowledgeable compared to sapphire clinics phonestaff. he was extremely helpful, friendly and polite and made the switching process very simple. in no time at all i had an appointment with Dr. Luisa Searle, and she was to say the very least, brilliant. so knowledgeable, caring, listened well and had great advice. we agreed upon useful medicines to try and to have a follow up in a few weeks. it was so nice to speak to somebody whom i felt understood my situation and my needs as a patient. something i didnt get from sapphire clinic. i cant wait to try my new medication and i cant recommend this clinic enough! so far, exceptional! thankyou Alfie and Luisa for a brilliant welcome to your clinic! this has been hands down the best medical treatment i have ever had from any clnic, gp, nhs, private or otherwise. just try them for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Having read previous reviews I heartily endorse everything said. So very very happy that at last somebody understands and David Tang put me ar ease immediately. I very much also appreciated the welcome letter knowing that any questions or concerns will be answered .

As others have said, simply amazing service. Alfie at the start knew right away my ongoing issues. Really pleasant to chat to. In less than a week I have transferred from another clinic, and to be frank about them, they are amateurs compared to Jojra. Dr Searle delved right into my history, what she want's for me now and the future. The subscription model suit's me due to various issues, and knowing the accessibility of the clinic I'm more than happy with them. The option to choose your pharmacy (as per BMA guidelines) was a major factor as well for me.

Was really nervous about my appointment but from the very start there team made me feel at ease. I dealt with Alfie who answered any questions i had and dealt with my queries very quick. I had my consultaion with dr david tang who was very knowledeable and understanding the whole process has been super smooth

Very Efficient & Affordable.

I'm very impressed with this clinic, I had my initial assessment at 1pm, & my prescription arrived at the pharmacy the next day! (via post)

I was accepted with 1x Medication & CBT.

Alfie was great on the phone line prior to me being accepted.

I also applied for other slightly more expensive clinics at the same time to see which was faster, but they took weeks to even respond, and they all wanted money before even being accepted.

The team are incredibly helpful and concerned with the high quality of individual patient care that they provide and are very supportive. They also ensure they provide support by clearly communicating between doctor and patient if required.

My experience with my doctor at the centre is great. Having been to many healthcare professionals over the years, I can firmly endorse their incredible expertise and dedication to working with the patients through their healing pathways.

This is done with consultations that empower the patient and are emphatic which provides more of a patient led experience, giving the much needed feeling of autonomy over their body. An effective approach for those living with chronic illness.

Honest review?? From start to delivery has been brilliant. The communication has been Spot on especially Alfie. Any questions have been answered quickly and for someone that finds this stuff stressful it really wasn't!! It was soo easy 7 days and I write this vaping my Skywalker. Scott Torquay.

I joined the clinic in the last week and I'm very happy! I moved from a previous clinic, it was very easy and Alfie helped me along the way making it easy and ensuring I have enough medication for the transfer. I saw Dr Searle straight away who was great and very helpful , no delays waiting for a appointment. She was very knowledgeable and we have selected my medications to start on. The price is very good with alot of flexibility. Thank you!!!

Absolutely fantastic people and everything is a pleasure to do with Jorja Emerson Centre. Very professional and extremely helpful, amazing show of care and genuine lovely people that care and show passion for their jobs. Would recommend to anyone that's wanting to try out legal cannabis medication in the UK and thinks they have an underlying issue that's cannabis will solve then get on the phone to these people! All the staff are super friendly and helpful, really simple and affordable to join also really made the process of the switch to the medical market easier, would recommend and have recommended to many.

I had my first consultation with Dr Searle today. Dr Searle was very professional, caring and understanding in her approach to my condition.

Alfie has also been a huge help with setting up my consultation and answering any queries I had.

The whole journey has been stress free, and very quick. I have no qualms in recommending the Jorja Emerson Centre to family and friends.

Booking my appointment was made simple and pleasant by a member of their team. My video appointment with a doctor was professional yet friendly. I cannot fault the service received in any way. Highly recommended!

The last 4- 6 months have been a nightmare. Not sure what happened! I can no longer recommend

What made my experience great at Jorja Emerson is I have been made feel welcome and supported since day 1. Dr Searle is very knowledgeable and she listened to my health concerns and advised the best way forward setting up a treatment plan. Alfie has been very professional with his communication he is always very responsive to any email or phone call. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me an Excellent clinic.

My experi3nce with Dr luisa was absolutely amazing. I was so anxious over talking but she made it easy for me and helped me with sorting a prescription. I can't thank jorjaemerson enough for there help.

Brilliant communication throughout the process, Alfie has been great to talk to and has done his job perfectly.

Dr Tang was honest open and great to talk to at my consultation.

Just received my medication so all in all the process has been stress free and smooth.
