Unfortunately I find this clinic to be very unorganised and the staff answering the phone have no training to deal with clients in pain or with mental health problems.
Dr Luisa is excellent but without an organised team it doesn't make a difference, I can not recommend this clinic.

Jorja Emerson centre is hands down the best private clinic on the market. All staff are friendly, reliable and go above and beyond to help. Can’t thank them enough never had any problems and any questions they are happy to answer and guide you in the right direction if needed. Thank you to all the staff and the clinic for enabling me to live a more happy healthy normal life!

I have been with The Jorja Emerson Centre now for about a year. I have found the care to be above and beyond at all times. Any querie ive had is dealt with immediatly by email, which is very reassuring. I also enjoy the affordable monthly fee as apposed to lump sums. Anytime ive requested to change a medication it has never been a problem, you have freedom with The JEC which is amazing. I would highly recommend The JEC to anyone thinking of starting on their medical cannabis journey, or unhappy at their own clinic to research the JEC as i cant fault them, or thank them enough.

I am super thankful for all the care and support Jorja Emerson has provided so far, they listen, they are knowledgable and thoughtful and their customer service is great. Shout out to Kenneth who has helped me before even joining and continues to help now that I am a part of the clinic.

I am honestly blown away with the care that has been given to me since joining up with Jorja. The customer service staff are on the ball and respond really quickly with any questions I have. The consultation I had with Roha was lovely. Iw was nervous but I really felt heard and she just understood where I was coming from. I'm now awaiting the delivery of my first prescription, but so far - everything has been A+++! Thank you!

My prescription was accidentally sent to the wrong pharmacy, meaning I could be without medication for a week. To try to rectify this, one of their employees (Ramla!) has just bent over backwards and done everything they could to help me. This person has hopefully saved the day (and my sanity)
The fact that they wouldn’t leave me until there was a better prognosis and a better chance of sorting something, that they reassured me and did everything in their power to help. I haven’t ever experienced such caring employees as I have with Jorja Emerson.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart (I’m going to keep shouting from the rooftops how amazing you all are!)

Been with JEC now for a while after moving from a previous clinic who's service fell off a cliff while the fees skyrocketed and it's been brilliant.
A much more pleasant and relaxing experience with great communication from their side and lots of patience with me.
So thank you to the staff at JEC for everything and for making what previously was a stressful and negative experience for me into a much more positive and helpful thing.

Avoid at all cost!!! Customer service below average, don't give medication on time and will promise you things they can't achieve. If mental health issues was top priority they will happily watch your health go down the drain. How can you take payment for membership when you have not given the care your company promised? How is 10g meant to last me a month? Go ahead and make your excuses

Had my video appointment 26/03 was told 2/3 days i would have my prescription told on the 28/03 won’t get it until 02/04 on the 02/04 was told they would chase this up with the doctor. I had to call and email many times. It took 11 days for them to write my prescription which was very stressful keep calling and emailing them. The doctor who was suppose to write my prescription was away on holiday. But the receptionist Ramla was very helpful and eventually sorted my prescription for me. So finally received on the 5/04 hopefully the pharmacist will sort quickly. I hope next time i don’t encounter this as will have to swap to another clinic as it’s been so stressful fingers crossed next time I get the prescription within the 2/3 days time frame
Update 11/04 i still don’t have my medication had no contact from special pharma 17 days from my video appointment and i still have no medication.

14/08/24 - Will probably go back to BM. MC in the UK is horrible. Clinics hire staff who couldn’t care less. A bad representation of the doctors because every interview I’ve had has been good - however the rest of the process is so painful. The rest of the team will forget about your prescription unless you’re constantly prompting and reminding them.
Really funny how the ball suddenly gets moving once you call and tell them your scrip is late.
One member of the “patient care team” is particularly rude and in the past has actively left notes off of the system after assuring me they were saved. Medical regulators would have a fit.

Frustrating ain't the word. If I'm having an anxiety attack don't tell me have a nice day especially when you couldn't help and gave the bare minimum, didn't put no notes on the account. Is this supposed to be helpful or just leave people worst off? So now my prescription will be cancelled all because your team didn't want to take down notes on my account. So thank you so much for not caring or doing your job, if this is how you treat people I won't be part of that as I need help with my mental health and not make it worse. Key word is Help! This was meant to be my first prescription and this first impression is absolutely awful.
EDIT..... YOU GUYS DON'T REALLY CARE OR IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN'T DI THEIR JOB I'M THE ONE WHO NOW HAS TO WAIT TILL AFTER EASTER. WHAT IS THE POINT THIS SHOULD OF BEEN SORTED ALREADY BUT POEPLE DON'T WANT TO READ THE INFORMATION RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM. I've been with Jorja Emerson for about a year now and overall the experience has been very positive.
The consultants are incredibly friendly and caring and more interested in getting you what you need than trying to sell you something for the sake of it.
The medication I have received has been great (somewhat life-changing, really) and the consultants always listen and are happy to adjust month to month. The wait times for new appointments can be quite high, but if you book well in advance it's generally not a problem.
The customer service has been very helpful and attentive. Kenneth recently got an appointment moved forward 2 weeks as I was running low on my medication, which was massively appreciated.
Other than the period over Christmas, JE have been overall excellent and I've already recommended them to a number of people.

Didn't have the best experience after 5 months my prescription isn't right I called and was told I'd receive a call back I didn't then when I had a zoom call update it got changed to later that day ,I explained the oil prescribed wasn't helping and the lady doctor who didn't know anything about me she kept asking what do you take how much ect ect I shouldn't have to explain this my notes should have been read before the consultation, it felt rushed and she didn't take into consideration im unemployment and put through a prescription at the cost of £135 for some oil ,I have 2 10ml bottles from Last consultation, I can't take as there not helping so I feel I've been out a big expense for nothing I'm no better off still in pain and not sleeping I cancelled my subscription today as the whole system is a shambles.

The Jorja Emerson centre provides individuals suffering from conditions a viable, ethical and well regulated option to manage their symptoms. I personally feel liberated from feelings of guilt, unprofessionalism and criminalising myself. Over a decade of shame lifted away in an instant just with approval by the right people.
Very efficient communication from the warm and responsive team
The same is true of the pharmacy used for medicine delivery
Experienced Drs who ensure patients are informed of options and how to advocate for themselves with treatment
Pricing can be high but is flexible

If I could put 0 stars I would have been trying for over two weeks to get my documents across to them have sent my summary of care about 10 times with loads of other documents stating my condition and are STILL asking for my summary of care it’s either they have to many patients and are just throwing what ever they can to people to long them off or they just haven’t got a clue what there looking at will be going else where if this isn’t sorted asap

I wrote a comment back in November, about how i had a fantastic convo with Alicja. Had just applied to Sapphire, Paid them £50 , and had a consultation which the NHS would have been proud of. The consultant was Arrogant, short, pushy with what Meds HE chose, and dismissive. So I , after looking at medbud, saw The Jorja Emerson Centre, saw the price structure and made the call. Total chalk and cheese. I was allowed to talk, ask questions. I felt listened too, and guided. No hard sell, whatsoever. So went away and though about it, I had the added problem with having to apply for a SAR, waited 4 weeks for that(god bless the NHS) and decided to apply to Jorja. Sadly the timing meant I had to wait till the new year for my initial consultation, and will be honest, I felt a little let down when the appointment was rearranged, till later in January, only yesterday Infact. Dr Searle was so nice, so empathic. I was nervous, but within minutes I felt at ease. Its probably THE best experience with any Mental health Doctor EVER. For the last few weeks, I saw all the posts on Reddit, complaining about service, delays, etc etc. But for me personally, I was happy to wait, and very glad i did. I guess good things come to those who wait after all. Within a Day my prescription was done and sent to Pharmacy, All I am waiting for now is contact from them. I could not be happier with JEC, Dr Searle, Alicja, and all the members of Staff I have dealt with so far. Thats the truth

Chasing for weeks for a prescription , rang multiple times , nobody has any idea what’s happening and I’m repeatedly told someone will call you back, which has never happened. Utter shamble of a clinic
