If I could give 0 stars I would. Signed up over 14 days ago. Still haven’t been contacted. In the meantime I had my initial consultation with another clinic and had medication delivered. If you don’t want to chase go to another clinic.

Over the last 20 years I've been thrown every pain killer available from my GP to the point I point blank refuse to take any more drugs from them. Medical marajuana is the future and compared to the pills a GP cam give you its healthier, safer and can help with many ailments. I can't recommend the Jorga Emerson clinic enough, they've listened to my issues and I'm now getting products specifically for my needs, big thanks to Dr tang and the rest the staff for being very easy to talk to.

Poor customer service, awful administration. Pushing patients to the back of the line, copy paste generic replies, kept calling during work hours even after I mentioned multiple times to communicate via email due to work. Doctor was sick, promised me the nearest appointment, just to then forget about me - had to email couple of times (even though they took my money quickly) to then come back to me with an appointment in a couple of weeks. Explained why was I supposed to have an earlier one just to be replied with the same copy paste message. Withdrawn.

Medical staff are great, but overworked, and the administration staff are woefully overworked and underqualified. They took on a load of new patients and since then I've been waiting 2 months for a prescription, being told once a week "its in the post", with no explanation or attempt at recompensation. Utterly useless, go with one of the bigger and more reputable clinics.

EDIT: I emailed them based on the response but, would you believe it, got ignored. They also kept my subscription running an extra month and I had to chase them to cancel it, again. Seems they're just as useless as before. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Cash before care. Maintaining a consistent supply of your medication each month is crucial for ensuring the success of your treatment. For this reason I would avoid this clinic as they simply cannot provide the level of care required. Worse still, they will just ignore you when you need help the most.

New to this whole process so firstly I would have to say thankyou to jorja Emerson center on the customer care and service give to myself
They responded to, listened to, and understood me, and my situation
Surprisingly They were easy to talk to,
Witch I was shocked and took back by because of doubts and what not that I had accumulated

Thanks to everyone in customer service and my consultant, for making my journey with medical canabis a stress free great overall experience, professional, understanding and more than helpful all the way through the whole process. 👍👌

Very relaxed interview which was great for myself who suffers social anxiety my doctor was very knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to speak with
Sent all info and gave me great insight to some things I never knew, I would thoroughly recommend for anyone thinking about trying MC products

Call me overdramatic - Medical Cannabis is the future of medicine and a miracle.
I have suffered and endured over 20 years of PTSD, Anxiety and Depression symptoms - NHS medicines never truly worked and caused more health issues than benefits.
Medical Cannabis has changed my life - I feel lighter, I am sleeping better, I am back to work! all round, just feeling what I'd always imagined "normal" felt like. The difference is night and day.
Jorja Emerson Centre are fantastic! Communications, customer service and the Doctors are compassionate, friendly and welcoming. The prices are by far the biggest win. If you are going to consider any MC clinic, Jorja Emerson is the one. Thank you for giving me my life back!

The non-clinical team are responsive and efficient, an absolute pleasure to deal with right from day 1. The doctor was fantastic. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel like she was really on my side. So often dealing with doctors regarding my conditions I have felt they are just going through the motions, prescribing me with pills. Dr Searle was totally different. She clearly understands people with my type of issues and she clearly understands CBMPs which is so refreshing.
I would happily recommend JEC to anyone who feels CBMPs might help them with their medical conditions. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely flawless clinic, everything went so smooth from consultation to repeat prescriptions, very happy with the product and put my full trust in the drs as they really know what they are talking about. Changing medication is quick and simple, pricing is fair and clear, and the email mods Alfie and Sophie are an absolutely awesome admin team! Fast replies and always more than happy to help, repeat prescription reminders etc. My dr is lovely and made the video consultations friendly and relaxing. 100% recommend!

From completing my online form to receiving my first perscription, this was all sorted very quickly and with the help of Alfie my process was made very easy. Alfie is amazing! From the initial contact to the point of the prescription being sent and received by the pharmacy my experience with this clinic has been excellent. The customer care team, are, knowledgeable, empathic and genuinely care. Whilst having the initial consultation, I found the doctor to be non-judgemental, pro-active and have a genuine want to help. I cannot fault any part of my experience so far with this clinic, thank you for your help.

From the very beginning of my experience with the Jorja Emerson Centre, the service, communication and assistance has been flawless.
Initially, I was screened by Alfie to check eligibility, and boy is he thorough! Hugely helpful in ensuring all the correct information and documentation are obtained from your GP, and that all other supporting documents are correct and in good order before being accepted for a consultation.
Once accepted for a consultation I was swiftly made an appointment with Dr Luisa Searle (Medical Director) who was amazing, and understood my medical conditions better than any doctor I’ve spoken to. Her professionalism and knowledge were outstanding.
During the consultation, she too was thorough in her assessment and recommended course of treatments.
Once the consultation was complete, my case was forwarded and reviewed by a further panel of doctors before a prescription was issued.
This whole process was swift yet extremely thorough.
All in all, I am hugely grateful to the team there, and will be forever thankful that they have improved my quality of life.

Dr Searle is amazing! She made me feel calm and relaxed at my consultation. I didn’t feel rushed and felt that she really understood me. Medication was sorted out and delivered really quickly. Very pleased with the care I have received so far.
