Was having issues with my previous care provider. Called to see what was different and how they could help. The whole process was handled personally by a chap called mark, with the conditions I have this made me alot more comfortable. The whole transfer process from initial enquiry to consultation took only 72h. Would 100% recommend these guys
Over 3 years, Best Buds and Best service..
I have been with Mamedica for 3 years. I would not consider going anywhere else at all. The Product, brands and staff are absolutely First Class.
The Flower is the best quality and flavours, with so many top strains to choose from and new strains every month. Better than most of the strains I've had in Amsterdam, except delivered to my front door!
The Pharmacy can answer questions about particular strains and genetics, and Vinnojan at the Pharmacy is an absolute diamond of knowledge, and able to sort out any alterations, requests, address changes etc.
All staff are helpful but that's my guy haha.
After 35 years of Cannabis I'm so very satisfied with how things are with Mamedica.
You will need patience to initially get signed up, but you will never look back.

GREAT SERVICE AWFUL DELIVERY
The product and the consultants were good, if expensive. The delivery process has been horrendous, to the point where I don’t feel confident ordering again because each time I’ve spent two days chasing Royal Mail to find out where the parcel is - it’s a nightmare and the admin team have just said there’s nothing they can do. So I would recommend trying another provider unfortunately as if the meds can’t be delivered properly there’s really no point using the service.

Not happy
I previously used Mamedica but paused treatment as I was unsure how the medication was affecting me. After receiving multiple follow-up emails, I decided to return, but only after requesting to speak to a doctor again to properly discuss my concerns around THC sensitivity and the THC:CBD ratio.
During my consultation, I explained clearly that I am sensitive to THC and needed careful consideration of the ratio. It was discussed that I would be prescribed a 1:4 THC to CBD ratio.
However, I was issued a 10 mg THC / 10 mg CBD product (1:1 ratio) instead.
When I queried this, I was told I “should be fine.” I found this very unhelpful and inappropriate, as this is not about general reassurance for me—it is about clear, exact medical information, especially given this involves my mental health.
I was passed between departments and could not get anyone to clearly confirm the prescription details or resolve the confusion at the time. I was told I would need another appointment as no doctor was available to clarify it immediately.
From my perspective, this whole situation has been confusing and stressful. Being told one ratio in consultation (1:4) and then receiving something different (1:1), along with vague reassurance like “you should be fine,” is not helpful when I am trying to manage a sensitivity to THC and avoid unwanted effects.
I also feel the service is more geared towards people who already have experience with cannabis and understand its effects, rather than patients like myself who are using it for mental health treatment and need clear, structured medical guidance rather than general reassurance.
Overall, the lack of clarity, consistency, and ability to get immediate answers when something doesn’t match what was discussed has left me feeling uncertain and frustrated.

l've already provided all the details you requested via Trustpilot, including my patient number, address, and telephone number, so I'm unclear how you're unable to locate my record.
Your response that you "can't find me as a patient" feels dismissive, particularly given that I've supplied the information asked for. I've also noticed a pattern in other reviews where similar responses are given, even when reviewers state they have provided their details, which raises concerns.
For clarity, I have also submitted a formal complaint today via your complaints page, outlining this issue in full.
I would now ask that you publicly amend your response, review my case properly, and address my concerns in a fair, professional, and courteous manner. Please confirm what specific information you still require, if any, to locate my records and resolve this matter.

Mamedica have been supportive right from the start of my venture into this field. Communication is excellent. I have phoned a few times with questions and they have been able to answer them quickly and clearly. After a few attempts I have got re-ordering off to a 'T'
Results after treatment began, I have halved two of my NHS prescription medications in 3 months. These were for pain relief and mood. I am open and honest with my GP, despite their initial concern they are pleased to see the reduction in medication and I feel better in myself, no more feeling that my head is full of custard.
Mamedica's customer support is excellent. The initial consultations seemed daunting, but in reality they are looking at the best course of treatment for you, it's not a witch hunt.
If you are considering this form of medication Mamedica is definitely worth approaching.

Everything was explained in a clear way, and I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get clarification throughout the call and also through the entire process, from the initial calls, emails and the consultation.

Terrible experience
Doctor was rude, abrupt and dismissive of my neurodiversity. Still awaiting a call regarding the dispute when I had a separate agent ‘Callum’ who continued to call without any resolve and acknowledging there was a complaint still active. There was no attempt of resolve just pushing me to give him approval to contact my doctor to get to the next steps… I would say it was a similar ‘pushy’ experience as a window salesman would apply and made me question whether his motives are based on monetary targets and not the specialised care advertised. I expected a lot better from a medical practice. Worrying experience

Some of the staff are rude
Some of the staff are rude. They messed up my prescription then just wanted to dismiss me when on the phone. One told me that they could rush the invoice through due to the mess up another one said no we can't do that but I will put a note on the system which I doubt he will do. I'm gonna be looking for another clinic as this one is just so unprofessional when things go wrong.
