Excellent Service

First time used and impressed. The shoes I had been looking for were not only available but on sale. I paid to get next day delivery, but it was a reasonable cost. Thumbs up from me.

You have a little gem in the heart of the Derbyshire Countryside

I have not been able to shop very much this year, as my husband has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. However, because I have missed a lot of emails, I hadn’t realised that you seem to be closing. (Shock horror!)
As I only read your email this evening it looks as if I will miss the goodies.
May I say, that I found your boutique a delight, your staff really made me welcome, even when I didn’t buy. I shall be so sorry if you close (selfish I know) but you have a little gem in the midst of the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. All good wishes fir

I had left things very late to buy a…

I had left things very late to buy a wedding outfit for my Goddaughter’s wedding this weekend but within half an hour I was sorted!
Really super suggestions and gentle guidance from the assistant and I have the perfect dress!

Thank you for your feedback.

I'm so sorry for the delay you experienced in receiving your order. Sometimes overseas orders get held up during their journey to you, it's something that is unfortunately out of our control, frustrating as it is. Finally though the parcel made it, slightly over our estimated time though you're right. We have refunded you towards the cost of your postage.

My apologies if you felt we were a little slow in responding to your email also. We always try to respond as quickly as possible but occasionally we are held up awaiting information from couriers. We never leave emails unanswered. Thank you for your patience.
