I bought your Ilse Jacobsen red lace -up wellies cos I couldn’t find a replacement for my beloved old Didrickson red wellies .
There were some elsewhere online, but so cheap I thought it was dodgy.
The right side boot is glued onto the sole in a way that shoves the heel out (much more than the left one) so , even tho the top is nice and wide, it chafes my right calf badly.
Maybe it’s a ‘second’?
However, I had to use it in the rain this weekend, so I guess I’m stuck with it.

The service was efficient. I was happy with that. However, I feel bullied to write this review and am rather fed up by the repeat messages. SENDING MESSAGES IN CAPITALS as you have just done is tantamount to shouting. I bought your boots, so do not understand why you have any right to shout at me. As a result of being bullied, I shall be thoughtful about buying your products in the future.

Shortly after ordering my boots I received a call from a lady (sorry can’t recall her name) who wanted to let me know they weren’t in perfect condition because the soles were slightly marked where someone had tried them on in store. I still wanted to go ahead with my purchase and she gave me a further discount which I wasn’t expecting as they were already reduced. I am delighted with my boots which arrived two days later.
