Honestly couldn’t recommend Izzi of Baslow enough! I was SUPER last minute and desperately needed a fashionable rain poncho for a festival I was going to. I’d completely missed the next day delivery cut-off, totally my own fault, but thought I’d take the chance and give them a call.

They were so lovely and reassuring and told me not to worry and that they’d make sure it got to me in time. I placed my order and then later received a call from Charlotte to say she’d personally taken my parcel to the Post Office so that it could be sent overnight and arrive the very next day!

Such amazing customer service and genuinely so kind of them to go out of their way for me, especially when it was me being so last minute! I really, really appreciated it.

And the rain poncho itself was PERFECT. It survived a very rainy festival, did exactly what I needed it to do and still looked super cool!
