Friendly staff and willing to help! I unfortunately ordered the incorrect colour. Beware of the restocking fees (35% but most probably typical) if you are sending items back. 2xcedral cladding boards were not refunded due to scratches on them once returned. Strange... as the boards where never moved, nor totally unwrapped. My advice to anyone returning items: unpack totally once received and if returns are needed then photograph each board on both sides. I needed more boards so I have ordered an additional 20 boards from another supplier.

My short experience with Insulation shop was fantastic. I had called around several companies trying to find a fast delivery for a very specific spec and brand of anti crush insulation. No-one could deliver in less than 10 days. Adam was the only one who took the time to understand what I needed it for, was then able to offer a competitive brand and delivered it next day. Amazing service! Thank you Adam.

Great company to deal with. I needed a large quantity of cavity fill and Adam at Insulationshop went out of he way to get part of the order to me ASAP so that the bricklayer could continue working. He managed to get a van load of insulation to me within 2 days and at a cheaper price than all my local suppliers. I plan to send a lot more business there way.

Excellent, honest & quick service. Communication is great.

Insulation was soaking wet on most packs and ended up having to scrap about 30%. Apparently the insulation is stored outside! After asking for a best price quote on a largish order the sales guy tried to charge me over £50 more than I could buy it straight from the website!!!
Be warned and tread carefully when dealing with these people!

After conversations with the company regarding the above they have offered to reimburse me for the damaged packs without hesitation. The sales Guy who I discussed the order with for a quote has also apologised and admits he dealt with it incorrectly.
With that in mind I am now inclined to believe that this was perhaps a genuine mistake and I have been assured that procedures have been put in place to address the issues.
In that respect I would amend my original rating from a 2 star to a 4 star to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Perfect service on rime no problem

Insulation shop gave excellent service. I had tried other suppliers who said they had 140 mm Celotex in stock
when in fact they did not. Marzena said she could do it and I ordered. Well, the 4 Celotex panels
arrived the next day. Marzena is honest and very efficient. Brilliant service.

I cannot recommend enough the Insulation Shop, great range of products, competitive prices with fast quotation times and fast delivery. Marzena, looks after both our Garden Hideouts and SIPS Group accounts and does a great job with excellent communication.

Faultless service from ordering to delivery. Delivery was bang on time and by a very helpful and professional driver. Its a shame more companies dont operate this way.

I purchased 40mm Polystyrene Insulation boards for a summerhouse/garden room I have built. This was by far the best price I could find and delivery was in less then 48 hours. Excellent price and service. I would recommend 👍🏻
